If you have to tee off with a fairway wood or a iron to keep it in the fairway do so and if you get in the rough chip out to the fairway DO NOT go for the green. Putting was tough to I am a 10 handy-cap and had 42 putts :( . The course was in great shape. Wind was not a problem 10 to 15 MPH. I will play it again !!!!!

Rough was unplayable. More than 6" in most places. Spent too much time looking for balls just off fairway in rough. We each lost a ball that was just off fairway and could not find it in rough. Rough so high we had to chip out to get a shot. We had 12 handicappers who shot more than 100 and who play the course regurarly. The course is not being well tended.

The course is in super shape. The only thing I would change are the bunkers. Seems like the greenskeeper likes to water them a lot. A couple of them were like sidewalks. Other than that, everything el... Continue »

Other than that, everything else was great. Greens were fairly quick and smooth for the most part. Fairways were well taken care of. The rough is a little longer than the last time I played. About 4-5inches in most spots. Can't beat the resident twilight rate!

Can't beat the $17 twilight rate. Finished play in about 4.5 hours. The course is in great shape. Better than the south in my opinion. Greens were smooth and med to fast. Fairways were in great shape.... Continue »

Can't beat the $17 twilight rate. Finished play in about 4.5 hours. The course is in great shape. Better than the south in my opinion. Greens were smooth and med to fast. Fairways were in great shape. The rough length varied from hole to hole, but I'd say the average was about 3-4 inches. Some bunkers were a little moist, but most were dry and firm. A few tee boxes were slighlty sloped, but nothing too bad.

Blue tees were pushed as far back as they could on almost all the holes which made the course a bit tougher, but more fun! Overall a great round.

Paid $17 to play Torrey North. Can't beat that deal. Positives: Fairways were in good shape. The rough was deep, but still playable. Negatives: Greens were a little lumpy. Some tee boxes weren't level... Continue »

Some tee boxes weren't level. Bunkers were a mess from players not raking properly. Overall, it was a fun round. A lot better than working!!

1st time i played TP North Course, it was excellent, beautiful day and played tru without any delay. Worth the trip, time and money.
