We played here on January 29th and 31st, 2009. This course is a must play, if you can get a "special", of which there are usually lots. The many times I've played it, it has always been in excellent condition (even just after over-seeding). We purchased the Raven pass for $149, (3 prime time games and 3 twilight games, with certain blackouts) and was well worth it. The greens are generally large, fairways are as well. Bunkers are well placed and they too are large, with some very deep. The course usually plays in 4-4 1/2 hours. Staff are friendly, and although we didn't see a marshall either time this month, it moved along well. I did think the greens were a bit "thin" for this time of year, but it didn't affect putts. It is a beautiful course.

Played this course right after it re-opened after the overseed. First time I've played the course. I will be back! The greens are a little slow to come back from the overseed, but the fairways are in great shape. This is a fun golf course! There is a nice combination of short and long 3's . . short and long 4's . . and 5's. A very fair golf course. Plenty of room of the teebox, but 2nd and 3rd shots need to be planned carefully. The practice area is very good. A very roomy putting green, a designed green and bunker for practice, and of course, a very roomy driving range. Most of the holes on this course are pretty much straight, and "what you see is what you get" . . They've done a nice job of placing fairway bunkers at different distances, so the same golfers aren't getting hammered hole after hole. I love #5 . . what a great golf hole. A short (324Y) par 4 that is reachable for long hitters . . but what a maze of bunkers you have to fly to get there! The service was magnificent from the bag boys, to the cart girls and the restaurant after the round. A very easy 5 minute jog off the I-10 freeway at Baseline Road. I'll play this course again . . soon!

Played afternoon 9/14. $37 included practice balls. Course is in very good condition. It's a desert layout with pine trees defining the holes. No housing development on the course. Fairways are lush, only a few slightly burned out areas. Rough is short & gives you a pretty good lie. Greens are in good shape. They roll about 9-10. They do have some slope. Any putt you have that is above the hole, or on the wrong level is a tough 2-putt. Bunkers are deep with high faces. Practice facility was great. Staff & service were excellent. Definitely worth playing again before over seeding. Submitting course photos.

Played 6-16-08, started early to avoid the heat and had a great time. I loved this course, It was challenging(for me), it was fun, and the course was in great shape for the most part. The greens were puched a few week prior to my round so they weren't as fast as they could have been, but they were in great shape, I'm just not going to nit-pick the small things.
Service was also outstanding, everyone was very friendly, and attentive.
I can't wait to go back to AZ so I can play this course again.

This is an excellent course. It is in great shape and the holes are challenging. Bunkers are well placed and some are deep. The greens were rolling true, at a 9 acording to the club house. There were quite a few greens that you had to be on the right level or you had a tough put. Much more enjoyable that just hitting into a large flat green.
