14 Mar 09, tournament teed off 0945 am, the course is in good shape but greens can be better and sometimes comes to a halt. Really busy for the week end "what do you expect for a Public Golf Course": that what the Marshall says. Practice putting green is better than the one on the course. Well I did good, I have the lowest score in the whole group and won the tournament.

The course is in very decent shape. Its beginning to green up in the fairways. They rolled good, and had very few divots, some had more than others. The greens were in very good shape, lush, not cut too short to save water and letting them fill in, but rolled true and med-fast. Rough was being cut as we played so some holes were punishing, lots of grass between ball and clubface.

Lots of work ongoing with some designated GUR areas, but very playable. Enjoyable day, really cold the first 4 holes, could not feel toes and fingers until the 6th hole. Finished in just over 3.5 hrs.

Fun course. Played at 12:50pm on Thursday and finished at 5 pm. Signature hole 16 is a great par 3 over a ton of water. Course is in good shape for a public course. Greens were challenging and fairways were good. For 20 bucks, walking twilight, course is good for the buck. Customer service could use a little work. Starter made me wait 20 minutes to go out, although last group went out 40 minutes prior, then let me go as a single. At 18th hole. Marshall told us to hit even though next group was within range. Said if we don't hit, then have to quit. Only have 5 minutes left to play. A couple minutes wouldn't have killed anyone, as still enough light for a 19th hole. Other than the personnel, it's a good place to play.

Played Sun 10/26. It would be very nice course if the management really work on the course. Still have many bare spots on the fairways. Greens are bumpy and bit slow. Bunkers are poor... either hard or wet soil. Doesn't worth the green fees. They should lower the rate or improve the course. Customer services are good. Staff is very nice. Many of the fairways are divided by tall trees thus require punch out if you have problems with your tee shots.

Played here 09/21/08. Starter was a real a**hole. Fairways are in terrible conditions for the price($53 for cart on wknd). Many drives into fairway sitting on dirt or very patchy grass.

Will not play here again for a while, have not had a good experience here in past 2 times playing.

Played Monday 05/19. Greens are in OK condition. Speed is medium to slow. Still bumpy on certain greens. Fairways are alright. Roughs are getting longer around 1 to 1-1/2 inches. Bunkers are hard solid ground... wish they put some sands in those bunkers. There were almost nobody in the course. We had a great time! Finished in 4 hours.

Its been about 10 years since i last played there, and now iIremember why. It will be atleast another 10 before i go back.

I like this layout but the greens are a little slow/grainy/bumpy right now. Everything else is in OK shape for this time of year.
