Descent course, remind me of some overseas golf course. Putting green are better than the one on the golf course. I dont know why????

14 Mar 09, tournament teed off 0945 am, the course is in good shape but greens can be better and sometimes comes to a halt. Really busy for the week end "what do you expect for a Public Golf Course": that what the Marshall says. Practice putting green is better than the one on the course. Well I did good, I have the lowest score in the whole group and won the tournament.

Played the Butterfield course on 27April08 tee time with my group, of course its a tournament.,, well I agree about there is no cart girl driving around, that day was so hot and windy probably the wind goin 40mph but it died down at the 7th hole. They need somebody driving a water truck out there when its summer. I emptied about 10 plastic bottle of water and went to the bathroom twice. The flies situation is barely noticeable but watch out for the birds, they will be looking for some foods. Anyway, its a beautiful course and if you like the background of machine guns you goin to like it......

21Jul07, Morning Tournament, First time to play here its beautiful, I shot a descent score but if play here again will try to even the par or better. Fairway is beautiful and the green is fast and lots of break. I printed out the "EYARDAGE BOOK" it helps me a lot from 1st hole to the 18 hole. Be aware of the crosswind, tailwind, and the approaching wind. SCGA Golf Course you rock!

LA Open was held on this golf course, its a challenging course... not bad at all...... I had a morning tee time so its not bad...green is good.
