Agree with Thingstodo. The course was in OK shape but many fairways were muddy due to the rains. The greens were bumpy and slow, but back nine they got a little faster. Pace was slow, our skins game started off 15 min late, we were never more than half a shot off pace from our first group, seems the earlier groups were playing slower. 5hr 15min for us. Other GKers out there were softballdad, rude dog. Nice meeting you gentlemen.

They have never had a cart girl that I can remember, and the coffee shop closed around 3:30 for some reason.

We had a great time playing together as a GK group, even though the shot making was not stellar! The course was pretty wet, tee boxes, fairways, traps. The greens didn't feel too wet, but they were bumpy, as I am sure there was a lot of traffic today. Overall the course is in pretty good shape. I just wish the patrons would take care of their own divots, ball marks, footprints, etc... With all of the people on the course, I would have thought they would have a cart girl/snack cart. But none out there. Come to think of it, I do not believe I have "ever" seen a cart girl at Mountain Meadows. The pace was slow as expected, but picked up on the back nine, which it normally bogs down. This is a good course to play, not easy to score well, but a good track. Someone needs to bring a chainsaw out and cut that tree down in the center of the fairway on 10.

Very fun place to play. I'd come back more often if I had the time. Pace is average for a LA muni course, about 4 - 4 1/2 hours a round. Blind T shots, par 3's over water, long drives over cliffs, and some wildlife make this a fun place to get a round in. Conditions are ok for a muni course, could be better, but not that bad.

course is in pretty good shape, greens half aerated about to heal soon, the pace of play is SLOW. course is pretty fun other than the pace of place.

Played 10/19. The front nine greens are still bumpy from the recent punching while the back nine are in good shape. Overall, the course played longer than in typical wet spot winter conditions.

i played mountain meadows yesterday for the first time in a couple months. the course looks as good as i've seen it. the greens are really nice right now. aside from the ball marks on the greens, they were great. the fairways are nice right now also. i was in a couple bunkers and only one had wet sand, but besides that the bunkers were good. wish this place didn't get so crowded, but besides that the course looks good. (oh ya, they had grass driving range which is always good)

The service is great here and the course is in decent shape. This is a good place if you have plenty of time to kill and little money to spend. The layout is tight but if you can master your long irons and hybrids off the tee, pars are easy to fetch. You will see plenty of 5-some and many ladies out there so ready to spend well over 4 1/2 hrs here. This course is shorter compare to Diamond Bar but you will have more fun here. DB is getting out of control with beginners.
