Got in a quick twilight round last evening. Course is drying out in many areas, with the recent hot weather. Does not really effect the fairways that much, but the fairways are hard/fast with the dry conditions. Bunkers all appeared hard/crusty and glad I missed them. Little to no rough to speak off. Tee boxes are dry and getting a little beat up. Greens were the best part of the course, as they were chipping/putting very nicely. Customer service was excellent.

Played the Mountain 9 today at super twilight. No one on the course (not that hot oddly enough) so I finished very quickly (90 mins). I like this 9 hole course, for the variety of holes (3 good par 3's of varying lengths; one par 5 and good long/short par 4's). But the small greens are nice because they allow you to work on being more accurate with your irons. Tee boxes were all fine; fairways are browning up some, but no issues with them; bunkers all appeared fine (not in any); greens and areas around the greens are in super shape. Customer service excellent. Nice 9 hole course to keep your game in shape and nice not having to fight large crowds.

Played super twilight yesterday on very quite evening. POP 2.5 and the course is still in pretty good shape. Tee boxes clean (but need some leveling in the future); fairways were giving good lies and roll, but showing some effect of the recent heat wave; rough almost non existent so no factor; bunkers were a little rough (more raking needed) after a long day of golfers; greens were in very nice shape, chipping/putting just fine. Given the amount of play this course gets during the week, they keep it in pretty good shape. Customer service excellent.

Played there 06/24/17 and the course is in decent playable condition given it's a public course. The best thing going for the course are the greens are in great shape. They're smooth with a medium fast speed so rolling nice. The fairways are inconsistent with some areas very nice and lush but then some parts thin. The rough is all over the place, some areas so thick and deep it was hard to find a ball and others thin. The sand I can't say much about because I didn't go in any traps but they looked playable. The tee boxes were a bit thick and spongy, I had to switch to extra long tees... and they weren't very level. Overall it's got a decent layout and the pace of play was reasonable, no backed up holes.

Played today in a great POP of 3 hours, under nice cool cloudy skies. Course is in good shape, but signs of drying out in the fairways are appearing; tee boxes clean but they do need leveling one of these days; fairways provided good lies and run out, provided you did not roll into some of the dry areas; rough is about 1/2 thick/sticky; bunkers (what little they have & I like that) appeared fine and heard no complaints; greens are small on this course, but they are in great shape and fast. Customer service in the shop excellent, as well as the ladies in the restaurant.

Played today in a great 3 hour pace. Course is in very nice shape at present. Tee boxes are clean but some need some leveling. Fairways were all cut and clean, provided good roll and lies throughout. Rough on the outside of the fairways is about 1/2 inch and penal. Traps were all clean/playable. Greens were in very nice shape and chipped and putted (fast) extremely well. Good conditions at present and good prices being an LA County course.

Decided to get out to another LA County course before my senior card expire. To play for $16.50 is a steal. To piggyback on 24hourgolf's recent review, greens are as good as I can remember. Most of the fairways were fine, plenty of grass. Rough was so-so. Not in any bunkers, but they appeared OK.

Customer service was great. Able to get out early and around quickly. Not my favorite course, but it was a nice change to pace.

Played today in a nice 3.5 POP. Course is in very nice condition at the moment. Fairways are green, mowed and provided good roll and lies throughout; tee boxes (while needing some leveling IMO) are in good shape; rough on the outside of fairways is deep/sticky; bunkers are clean and playable; greens are in the best shape I have seen them and chipped/putted extremely well all round. Customer service was excellent. I will keep going back, as long as these conditions are what you get.

Had time to play 9 today, so chose Mt 9 @ WN. Check in was quick and customer service excellent. Course is in great shape. Tee boxes are clean and playable. Fairways are nicely covered, providing good roll and good lies. Rough is noticeable, but outside of fairways and around greens, but no issues. While I managed to avoid the traps, they all were clean and raked and readied by maintenance. Greens were mowed, clean and held shots and chipped/putted very well. Nice enjoyable, quick 9 holes.
