We had made four consecutive tee times and the starter put a foursome (not ours) right in between our 1st and 2nd group. When I went to ask questions he shut the window on me. Other than that the course was in decent shape. Fairways were in good shape and greens were soft. The ball didn't carry for some reason so needed an extra club for many approach shots. Overall a nice x-mas eve round.

This course was in great shape. Thin conditions of the fairways and greens make divots and ball marks take a long time to heal. So even though you see divots and fix ball marks, the fairways and greens are smooth and uniform. The bunkers are all in excellent shape. There is nothing real fancy about this course. A simple layout with all the trouble in plain view.

The greens had been done a while back,so they were kinda sandy with some hole marks,but they were super soft.The course will be getting better from here on out.The guys in the proshop were super nice ... Continue »

The greens had been done a while back,so they were kinda sandy with some hole marks,but they were super soft.The course will be getting better from here on out.The guys in the proshop were super nice too.Only thing missing was someone running the drink cart .....it was super smokey and windy(Duh...with all the fires) and we sure could have used some refreshments,but other than that no complaints.

Played twilight today ($19 to walk). Fairways in above avg shape, w/ some bare spots and some wet spots roped off to protect new seeding. Greens, however, have been decimated by the abundant crows that take out inch wide chunks to forage for food. Not much u can do about that. We finished the round in under 4 hrs, amazing for twilight on a Fri afternoon. Staff quite professional and congenial. Very generous fairways, but miss the mark too much and the mature trees will penalize your approach shots. The few water hazards are not very threatening, unless you dribble your ball off the tee on the 1st few holes (drainage ditches run throughout). Course layout is straight forward and fair, if a bit boring. All in all, a fun but not challenging course. Terrific dining room w/ diner bar, too. I will definitely come back to brush on my game here.

Best bargain in Org County. Everything considered, I've never been disappointed with my experience when playing either course.

Good value for a Sat. p.m. Slow pace was due to socializing by 4somes in carts and no marshal control. Greens were chewed up badly, esp. front nine.

Played this coures about 2 months ago ...what happened ? Does every1 who playes here forget to repair their ball marks?And if you are too tired to pick up your feet ...GO HOME ! My partner and I fixed AT LEAST 5-8 ball marks per green,not to mention all of the scuff marks from spikes on the greens.Quite a rude awakening from a few months ago when the course was in decent shape.

this course is in great condition and is very fun...i would recommend this course any time but its kinda on the high side for the price(($30 on weekdays)) but over all its a great course
