Played Monday, 3/28 @ 8 am. Crew here is pretty nice. It drizzled on us for a about three holes total so it wasn't too bad. Pretty nice layout, Tee boxes and fairways were lush. Greens rolled nicely but had a few bumps. Aeration will help. Overall good day and nice course however I wouldn't pay weekend fees to play here. Freddy did a nice job here. I suppose this might become private once all the housing is finished.

Played Sunday 3/13. If you are familiar with Balboa and Encino you know the fairways are usually bare and greens in decent shape. I think the rain has helped out these courses tremendously because Balboa was in the best shape I've seen it in a couple years. The upcoming junior tourney is a factor as well. Go play it now before it gets hot and dried out.

Played River/Pine Sunday 2/27 early am. I would give the overall condition of the course a 6.
- There were some puddles and fairways were a little soggy.
- Greens were nice and rolled nicely.
- Tee boxes were a little shaggy but understandable considering all the rain.
- Sand was also pretty good. I only noticed one bunker with a puddle, #3 Pine.

It was just nice to get out and play.

Played 2/7 at 7 am. Course was in pretty good shape. Greens were soft but still rolled fairly quick. Fairways and tee boxes where about a 6. Finished in 4.5.

Played Sunday, 1/28. First time playing this course. There were a few puddles but overall the greens were smooth and rolled nicely. Played River/Pine. Nice course and good value.

Played Encino 1/22. Course was in decent shape especially after all the rain. The rough however was long in many places since it hasn't been cut in quite some time. The greens were pretty smooth and consistent as far as speed is concerned. Hole 14 was turned from a par 4 to a par 3 since the green got flooded. It should be open soon. Pace of play was 4.5 hours.

Played Saturday, 12/18 in a tournament. 90 minutes late due to 50% off so they sent us out in groups of 6. Very poor planning by the Lakewood CC tournament director. They were very apologetic but that only goes so far.

As for the course, the fairways were in pretty good shape. Greens rolled ok, but could have been smoother. It was definitely much greener than Skylinks!

Played 11/23 for the first time. Its a nice layout considering what they had to work with. There are some areas in the fairways where all balls will funnel to. These areas are going to get chewed up quickly. Greens are big and if you're a long way away you're likely to three put. Tee boxes and fairways also in good shape. It's a nice challenge.

played 11/6. Rec is in decent shape. Tee boxes were punched recently but other than that course in nice conditions. Greens were very nice! Great burgers at the bbq stand!!

Played 10/16. Like the last reviewer said the greens will be better in a couple weeks. Still a few bumps and very slow.

Played TR on 9/4 for the first time. Very nice course and everyone working was very friendly. As some other reviewers have mentioned, course knowledge is very helpful. Greens today were smooth, receptive and a bit on the fast side. Tee boxes and fairways were in good condition. Was a little windy today but overall a very nice course. Will definitely return.

played saturday 8/28, course in good condition but like the previous reviewer mentioned the greens have many divot holes. Great layout and definitely worth the drive and price.
