A unique course played in and around a riverbed. Lots of water and sand in the riverbed made this course today play much harder than a 115 slope rating! Some holes have OB very close to the fairway and green. Accuracy is a must. Hitting from the riverbed up to the green is also a challenge. This course, although short is fun. No. 8 is not 525 yards. It is more like 480. NICE GREENS good value!

I have moved onto better courses, but i still think that riverview has some of the best greens around.

mdidier the greens at riverview are horrible. it is just overgrown weeds cut down. there are ball marks everywhere on the greens, they are too easy, they are too hard, and are horribly slow. which is odd considering how hard the green's surface is. the fact that i spelled tijeras wrong has no effect on my opinoin on the worst golf course in orange county. the fairways are not the only thing wrong with riverview, there are just too many factors to list. mdidier love yA.

Just finished 18. The greens are breaking beautifully. the river bed is drying and bridges are a little funky. Lots of water fowl and nice view of the mountains. for the price-- a great deal

Hmmm, you've played there 20 times yet you dont know how to spell Tijeras correctly. The fairways and tee boxes at riverview are in bad shape, but the greens are some of the best in orange county.

Played the course last week and the greens rolled true and were fast. The course overall was in very good shape.
