Forget about Customer Service at this course. My third and last trip to Hemet Golf Club. We pre-paid for the round on line, went to check in and was told we were an hour and half early. Since I know how to tell time I was aware of this and said I would like a bucket of balls and a cart to head over to the range. Paid $8.00 for a large bucket but was told I couldn't have the cart until tee time. When I asked why not was told "No cart until check-in". I could see 35 carts setting outside ready to go and asked again for a cart and was told "No cart until check-in". I said I'm here checking in now and the round is paid for may I have a cart. Again "No cart until check-in". Had we not pre-paid we would have left then but I took the bucket of balls to the range. When it time to tee off no information was provided as to the course condition. Was simply told you can go now even though no one had teed off for 45 minutes. It's is a nice course but the "new management" needs to learn to care of it's customers.

Played on 5/19, course wasn't bad except tee boxes hadn't been cut in days, lots of standing water in bunkers and fairway. Problem was the same as it always is. SLOW PLAY>>> It took 3 hrs to play the front 9, no marshall to be found...My biggest problem was the first cart they gave me, the GPS wasn't working. So they give me a cart with a low battery and assure me they will come out and exchange it by the 3rd or 4th hole.....Never showed up but the cart still had enough juice for a while. Called them from the 5th hole, cart dying fast, they ask if we can make it to the turn and I tell them......Maybe. I give them the cart number and they assure me that they will exchange the cart for a good one. I finally make it to the turn and they inform me that they have no carts available but that they will bring one out shortly. Finally after the cart dies on # 11, we call again and this time they finally send out a new cart. In the meantime, the group that was holding up play the front 9 catches and passes us (we skipped stopping at the snack bar to get in front of these morons). Now we have to wait on every shot, every tee and we finally finish in a little under 6 hours. Having had this same discussion with the owner in the past, I decided to just go get some dinner. Moral of the story...THIS OWNER IS ONLY INTERESTED IN MAKING AS MUCH CASH AS HE POSSIBLY CAN AND DOES NOT CARE ABOUT HIS CUSTOMERS. I won't be fooled again. Rant Mode Off.

Going downhill. Traps are mud, everything is overwatered, tee boxes were furry. Has always been a well manicured course till now. Will think about going back for awhile.

Played on the 6th of May. Got there at 3 and was paired with another single. Multiple groups ahead of us stunk, played from the wrong tees, etc. Nowhere to go, and since they want the carts by 7:30 only finished 16holes.
The course. First time playing here and I thought the layout was good. The greens were pretty smooth, with the ball hopping a little. They rolled fairly fast, but not so fast you couldn't be agressive. The fairways were tight but very playable and the rough was very very juicy. The negatives were the tee boxes and the sand traps. The tees looked like they hadn't been mown in a week, so that was pretty lame. And the traps had no sand to speak of in them or better yet, were flooded with water and were just mud.

Played Landmark-Hemet and Diamond Valley on 04/25. Summary: DV is the better course, LH is the better experience.

Landmark-Hemet is in very good shape. Greens are two week post-aerification, so still a bit bumpy in spots. But should be great in another week. Tees and Fairways in very good condition. Rough is very thick right now. Basic GPS is helpful as yard markers are often hard to see.

I played here yesterday. To be fair, the course was in the best shape that I've seen it in: but it can't compare with Diamond Valley, which is only 8 miles away.

played in a tournament on 3/24. Haven't been here since last year when the course was in horrible shape, but have to say the conditions have improved. The fairways were nicer, and not as brown and crunchy. The greens were better, rolled better, if you were lucky enough to land on the green on a part without many ball marks. My main complaint is the condition of the tee boxes. Uneven, severe divots everywhere. To try to hide the divots, looked like the tee boxes weren't mowed for weeks. I tee my ball pretty high, and the grass was level with my ball! So the course is in much better shap, wish I could say the same about the staff. Most courses we play really cater to tournaments, because the want the repeat business, but not here. The pro shop staff, couldn't care less, and truly act like they are doing you a favor by being there....especially the staff member who wears really dark glasses INDOORS! What a bozo! Resturant staff was great! Starter was rude, chasing people around telling us, "you're late, your on tee now, get over there" when in actuality, the group in front of us had not even begun teeing off!
Don't think we'll be back, conditions were not that great to get us back there. If I am going to spend the $$, conditions have to be great, and customer service has to be top notch !

Played 3/11. Fuzzy tees that needed mowing, pin placements were tough, and greens that were a little hard. Fairways still thin in spots, and the coots were everywhere. Still an enjoyable course. 4 1/2 hours on Sunday morning.

The course was too crowded and sometimes I had to wait around 15 minutes or over to finish a par 5 hole.
