Played sat 11/8 I should have listened to the last review of this course in here. Not worth the drive right now, They never mentioned that they were fixing most of the fairways, they even have an ad at a magazine saying its in good condition. Most fairways are muddy. Greens are alright pace is ok. Id stay away from this course for about another month or two.

Played Saturday, 11/1. Teed off at 7:37 and played in 4 1/2 hours. The fairways and rough are still not where they need to be--lots of thin/bare patches and areas that should be marked as ground under repair. Greens were in good shape and rolled well. Not worth full price or a long drive but it's close to home and I got a discount on Click4teetimes so no complaints.

People: Nice and accommodating
Layout: Fun
Greens: 7 out of 10
Tee boxes: good shape
Bunkers: Firm but OK
Fairways and rough: An absolute mess

Traps and tee boxes were below average. Some fairways were thin and overwatered in many areas. Greens were in good condition. Dont know if this place is worth the drive.

I maybe cheating a little on this one as I did not play the course but I did walk it for two days during a junior tournament (8/30-8/31). The greens were in very good shape just a tad slow. Talked to a local who said everything breaks towards Hemet. Believe him. Look towards the valley and that will be the predominate break.

A lot of ground under repair in the fairways. Had to play the third hole as a 125 yard par 3 instead of a 380 yard up hill par 4. Bunkers were hard with little sand in them. Some had standing water.

I liked the layout. Watched a couple of the kids drive #6 from the blacks. 366 yard par 4. Par 5's were dog legs that big hitters can cut the corners on. Usually protected with bunkers in the landing areas. I like that. Wind swirls a bit as it is against the hills. A long way away for me but if I am in the area I would really like a crack at this one.

Cart girl came around twice per round. Hot dogs were great. Sandwiches not so much.

Considering its in a retirement community guess the oldies cant bend over to keep thier greens nice. Bunkers are terrible (hardpan) Make sure to get on the mailing list for some great deals!

The course was in good shape. The greens were recently sanded, a little slow and bumpy but puttable. Fairways were in good shape. Course has some interesting challenges in tactical locations but not super difficult. Saturday afternoon round played in 4 hours. I will play the course again. Wind could make this a difficult course very challenging.

I read many outstanding reviews by others, so I made the hour drive with great anticipation. This course has a fun layout and the greens were a nice smooth medium-fast, but I was very disappointed with the fairways (very thin with more bare spots than not) and the bunkers which I would say have very fine dirt not sand for the top 2 or 3 inches and then hard pan. Luckily I used a coupon to play for $49. instead of the usual $69. There are better courses to be played without making the drive to Hemet.
