One of my favorite courses! I was however very disappointed with the greens. Slow and bumpy! Otherwise the course was in very nice condition. Nobody there?? Maybe because it was over 100 degrees, which explains the good pace. Always enjoy my experiences here, regardless of how I play, no exception today.

Some of the slowest greens you will ever play - like 5 to 6 on STIMP. The greenskeeper needs to get a handle on the 2 or 3 types of grass growing on the greens. Very windy in the afternoon and tough - some holes play 3 clubs longer into the wind and others are 3 clubs shorter down wind.... One of the best Par 3's in the western states - 205 yards down hill to an almost island green, 300+ feet down all along the left is all water - like a Fantasy Hole - AWESOME! Play it early to avoid the wind and pound your putts.

Great little golf course. Layout is fair, challenging, and most of all interesting. Each hole offers something different and the being built in the old rock quarry makes for a great golf environment. No homes on the course, no traffic noise, just course and sky. Greens are running very slow, though looking at them you would think very fast. I would give this an immaculate rating, but there are only a very few courses that deserve that rating. Green fee is to pricey, though for internet coupon rate of fifty it isn't bad.

This is definitely one of the hidden gems of the inland Empire. You can't go wrong spending your hard earned money on golf at this course. The course is in great shape right now(played6\10). Pace of play was superb and I even took in some wildlife. I would recommend this course to any type of golfer.

Played yesterday as a threesome with a 2:44 tee time and a $43 twilight rate from GolfNow.com. No one ahead of us and no one behind until the last few holes. Finished 18 well before sunset. There was a steady breeze that accounted for a 1 to 2 club difference plus or minus depending on direction, but given that it can howl out there, it was fine. I always enjoy this course. New carts worked well and overall the conditions were very nice. The main exception was the condition of the greens -- by standards of a course like this they were slow and ripe for a mowing. Variances in the length of the greens' grass was observable with discernable little tufts. We must have caught the outer edge of their mowing cycle. Also, compared to previous experiences, the bag/cart guys seemed to be a little off their usually responsive form -- maybe post-weekend, late-Monday lull after the morning "rush". Minor, but noticeable. Otherwise, tees and fairways were very nice, bunkers clean but definitely firm (no fluffy lies here). My two companions were first-timers, enjoyed it very much and looked forward to playing it again with a little more course knowledge.

Day two of my week of golf at new places and this was a great choice. I heard lots of good things about Oak Quarry and it was all true. I picked a great week for IE golf as it was overcast and cool all day.

This course is a bit on the tough side for a high handicapper like me but I'll go back again. Next time I'll take a camera. Staff was great, course was in great shape, and I played pretty well, for me!

Everyone should play here at least once.
