I see the last review on this Course was on Oct of last year (2011) let me up date you on the Condition of the North Side of L.S. Played yesterday 2/13/12 the Course is horrible, greens are very bumpy, No sand in the bunkers I was in. Fairways in poor condition but the Course is playable. After all it is a Public Course and this is expected when a Course gets as much play as this Course gets. I hope that this course comes back to it great shape when the Weather is more favorable.

Played here today, Sunday, in a tournament. Pace of play was slow, just under 5 hours, due to one slow group in front of our tournament.. The greens were very bumpy. I'm pretty sure Los Serranos does not cut their greens on Sunday. You could see the overnight dew on the second green. The greens were soft which added to the bumpiness. The fairways were rather shaggy, but for the most part had grass. There were bare spots in the fairways and a few around the greens. The tees were shaggy too. The staff was there. It seems to me that all the personality of the staff is used up in the signage that is so prevalent around this course. Well at least the weather was warm. Where I live a good day is overcast, the norm is heavy fog, so the sun was very welcome, dried up the sinuses.

Played 10/13. Round took 5+ hours. And it was hot, had to be close to 100* Course was in very good shape. Tee boxes were a little hairy. Greens were a little slow but very nice since they were recently punhed.

Staff was very friendly, but no cart service.

Definitely will play again.

Played today (tuesday) North Side is back from aeration, Greens are great and fairways fine. Go at it.

Played on Saturday 8/13. Overall the course was below par in terms of shape. A lot of bare patches all over the place. For the most part the greens were ok, however one of the holes (I think 8) was terrible due to people not repairing their pitch marks. But, when you're paying $30 for the twilight rate, you can't complain too much.

Played August 7, 2011 9:00A.M.. I've played this course for many years in prior and I never experienced this course in such a bad shape. Greens were slow and bumpy, tons of bare spots in the fairways (some are cow pasture like). Extremly dissapointed. Will not come back for awhile.
