I like playing this course. You get some good work on your irons and wedges. No need to pull driver on most holes, you can play a great round with anything you can hit straight 200-240. I might not be playing this course much since they took it off my fav discount site. Not worth paying over $25 during the week and $35 on the weekend. Pace of place can be slow after Twilight rates hit. Overall if you can get it for the aforementioned prices its a great course for the money.

Pure disappointment. Tee boxes were a joke unless you like hitting off of broken tees and dirt. Fairways were even worse. Did they forget to turn on the sprinkler system. The ulimate kicker was I paid 47 bucks to walk this dog run. Shame on you who ever owns this course. I wont be returning.

Much worse than last time I was here - lots of clumpy grass, and poor tee boxes. I assume the maintenance budget has been cut.

I am done coming to this dump. We played on Saturday and wished we had gone somewhere else. The minute we walked into the pro shop, all we could smell was dog urine(we were told the G.M. brings his dogs to work...very professional). The tee boxes look like a war zone, the fairways are a joke but at least the greens were still okay. I can't imagine that this course will stay alive much longer the way it is being managed. For the price they charge here, go to Empire Lakes, Sierra lakes or even El Rancho Verde and you'll have a better time.

Played this course on Friday April 3rd at 4:30pm. Starter was cordial and let my partner go out in jeans.

This course is beat up, fairways are dry and crunchy, tee boxes are sort of level but severely damaged with divots. Fairways are tight and lined with ghetto looking apartments right smack on each side of the fairways (some decent looking houses on the back nine that are not so close to the fairway). It really made us consider the audacity of the course regulations that do not allow denim. This course looked worst than some of the hacked up muni's in LA. On the good side, the carts were good, lots of power and a plastic windshield. Also some holes had an interesting layout.
Overall this course is not good, there are plenty of other courses in the area that are a much better value. Will not be back.

Played on Saturday 1/10, we were supposed to play el Rancho Verde but the wind was howling (weather report said 40 mph constant) so our monthly tournament was canceled. On the way home we called Upland Hills and got on by 8:30, not many players were out there, and there was no wind to speak of.

The course is not in good shape, tees have always been unlevel, right now there are some that have no grass or very thin grass, hard to get a good stance. The fairways were thin in spots and OK for most of them. The greens were the only highlight, they were lush, recently mowed, and running fast. Hardly any ball marks, and could see that everyone was repairing their own. The coffee shop lady was friendly, and the breakfast came out fairly quickly, at the 19th the beer was cold, and waitress was also friendly. Starter was cordial, but green fees were a bit pricey for condition of the course $60 with cart. Mostly seniors were out playing, and were not in a hurry, but we finished within 4 hrs. Oh Well! we got our golf in, can't complain, plus I shot a decent game.

Generaly a bit ratty, but the layout was fairly interesting. Mature trees frame most fairways along with relatively short par fours/fives make for a lot of fairway woods/long irons off the tees. Greens rolled faster than they appeared (yay!), but there were a lot of thin spots throughout the course and little to no sand in the bunkers. Also, several blue tiles were at the absolute back of the tee boxes, making for several uneven stances.

Played the morning back 9 special. Very tight course, and definately an accuracy course. Way better to be short and straight, than long and off to the side.

Played the morning back 9 special. Very tight course, and definately an accuracy course. Way better to be short and straight, than long and off to the side.
Housing all around you, so a severe hook is breaking someone's window, and a big slice will hit a car driving on a big street.
The tee boxes are very roughed up, lots of bare spots in some areas, tee it high on the dirt.
Greens do have a lot of break near the hole, especially right next to the whole, almost like an unseeable mound is there the will not any slow straight put off to the side at the last second.
