Do not believe the green no maintenance indicator! We played 9/17 with a group of 16. We were told the greens were punched 3 weeks earlier, but quickly discovered that several had been punched a day or two before we played. The aeration holes were large, and the sand that was there was not smooth at all. I was tempted to rake some of the greens before putting. This handful of greens left a very poor impression, since we were not told about this. The greens that were punched a couple weeks ago were very slow. Clearly they are having troubles maintaining the greens.

Our group of 12 played Oct 19, and were very disappointed in the greens. We were told that they had been needle punched but were OK. This was not the case. There were visible bare spots where the large aeration holes had not healed. There were also very bumpy, leading to unpredictable bounces and breaks. We play other courses a week or two after aeration, and they are in far better shape than this.
I understand that it takes time for greens to heal, but the staff needs to be honest about the conditions when players making reservations.
We won't return until we hear first hand that the greens are puttable.

Much worse than last time I was here - lots of clumpy grass, and poor tee boxes. I assume the maintenance budget has been cut.

Just played 2 rounds. The fairways are in good shape - bery good lies. The greens are a little bumpy, so that's one more thing to make the ball break. Almost no bare spots. Overal, for the price, it's a deal.
