Played on Friday 4/7 at 10:00. Course was OK shape. Was never notified of Areation (Sp.) on the phone. Tees seemed like they have not been mowed in 2 weeks. Fairways were also a little long. Greens were bad. 9 holes were areated and very slow. Then the back 9 was not areated and much faster.

Clubhouse guy was no nice. For 85 clams I would spend it somewhere else. Maybe when/if the course is in great shape.

Played the Canyon Crest/Creekside combo Thurs. 3-30. The front nine played fast and and the greens were a little slow, due to aeration a few weeks earlier. The back side was absolutely beautiful. Fair... Continue »

Played the Canyon Crest/Creekside combo Thurs. 3-30. The front nine played fast and and the greens were a little slow, due to aeration a few weeks earlier. The back side was absolutely beautiful. Fairways were in great shape and the ball rolled true on the greens. MP CC will be back in all of it's glory in about 6-8 weeks after they finish the aeration process.

Played Sunday 1/22 in the howling wind. Canyon/Ridgeline nines both in excellent shape. The wind was so strong that it was literally almost unplayable in spots ( at the #2 green on Ridgeline, the highest & most exposed spot on that nine, we literally couldn't putt because balls would not sit still long enough for us to lift the ball mark, let alone set up and putt). It was also a lot of fun, though to hit 390-yard downwind drives! Any way you look at it, they're still keeping this course in fantastic shape. If you hear the words "wind advisory," bring several layers of clothing and a truckload of patience, as well as your knockdown shot.
