Thursday 20 August 2:32 pm Tee- 2 ball. Agree with ProjectX above and since, greens have been watered and hold very well currently. First cut of rough is around and inch and closer to the green up to 2 inches, making chipping on fun. All other aspects of maintenance to a very high standard. Tees, fairways, sand are solid. Excellent practice facility and clubhouse; almost a country club feel to the entire course. What a layout!! 4 hour round following 3 x 4 balls, no marshallers seen and no drinks cart attendance, but you pass by clubhouse twice, and lots of water stations. First time? Buy a yardage book. Definately worth a look. Golfnow 'hot deals' $45.

Tee Boxes, Fairways, and Bunkers were consistent and immaculate. The rough was very inconsistent. At time very thick at other times bare and divots were not repaired in the rough whatsoever. Tough to get the ball to go anywhere out of the rough and tough to get any type of decent lie. The greens were fast and rolled true but there could definitely be a better effort to repair the ball marks. Also the greens could use some water, very tough to get anything to hold into these greens right now.

Overall the course is in good shape and is a challenging but enjoyable round. It's also a place where anyone can play because there are numerous tee boxes for all levels of golfer. Well worth the $65 deal with cart on golfnow.

I played there on Monday July 14th and I can only say.................Hell yes I would play it again and again and again..........Greens were the equal to the ones I play at Cinnabar Hills which in my opinion are the best in the Bay area. Make the trip and book it online for the weekday $65.00 special with a $25.00 replay. You will not be dissappointed!!

I play here often and regard it as the best course in the Bay Area (excluding Pasatiempo which is $$$$$). The service here has always been 1st class. They treat everyone like a member of their private club. The issue with the greens is a potential problem but it didn't effect my round at all. It isn't clear what the problem is but they are losing areas on the greens and will have to do something but right now there is no reason not to play there.

All of the greens look like they're recovering from either being mowed too close or fungus or something, but they are almost unplayable at the moment. Don't play here for at least a month until the greens are fully recovered.

The greens were dry and very, very hard & fast. Some damage repair on the greens, very few repair areas on the fairways. Overall, great course for the green fee.
