Played today. Greens are back in good and almost great shape. Fairways have decent coverage and good roll out. No tee box issues. Traps all playable but not being raked well. No issue with rough to speak of. Great customer service as always from Christian and Madison. Holiday rates Christmas eve New Years eve Christmas day and New Years day. 57 with cart 40 walking. Rate increases 2025.

Played this AM. 45F at tee time but it did warm (thank goodness) up after 9. But it is so nice to be playing golf in Dec. Course is in good shape. Tee boxes good. Traps are playable with the new sand but many players are not raking. Fairways still have good coverage although some bare spots can be found on some. They do provide good lies and roll out. Greens have come back in nice shape, though some still have a little more healing in some areas to do but flag sticks are not in those areas. And they have good speed to them. And it appears players are fixing their divots thankfully. Great customer service in shop from Christian and Madison and from Rich running the cart barn.

Played today and found the course has improved in some areas quite nicely. Greens have firmed up and much of the damage from kikuyu damage has been noticeably repaired. Fairways are also drier and much firmer since aeration and provided much better lies and roll out from before. The tee boxes have all filled in nicely. Very little rough to deal with. Traps have all been refilled with new sand and play much much better that recently. Nice to see such improvements and hope the maintenance continues like this. And as always good customer service from the pro shop staff and grounds personnel.

Got to the course this AM only to find the fairways being aerated. No mention of it from anyone in the shop. I mentioned this last review that this might be coming and sure enough. First two holes looked like a mess. Got to the back 9 and at least they had them cleaned up but they still don't play very well. Tee boxes, greens and traps are all in good shape. So hopefully we get some nice days ahead for healing.

Played this morning. Fairways are very dry with many large areas of dead grass? Asked if they were going to aerate them and no one knew anything. So you will find many non green areas throughout the course. But they do give good roll out as firm as they are. They are also fighting an encroachment of kikyu grass into and around the greens. # 12 green looks terrible. Some greens look better than others and not all of them putt as well as they previously did before aeration. They have placed new sand in all the bunkers and they are much more playable now. The course for the most part is playble so I am not degrading it. It just does not appear as lush at it did previously. Tee boxes are all fine but they need cutting. Customer service is still some of the best in the area IMO. And the prices are good as well.

Played this morning. Great to have early light to begin playing early. Course is in nice shape at the moment after green aeration and tee box aeration. Both of them are just fine. The greens are nice and firm and speedy but will accept nice high shots just fine. Fairways are nice and clean and give good roll out and lies. Bunker work has improved the playability of the traps and they all have new sand in them now. But we still need more players to rake them? Great customer service at all levels. Just wish they would open the resaurant on Mondays/Tuesdays for more than just beverage service and premade sandwiches.

Tee boxes opened today. Course back in regular play. The tees look good and the greens have come back very nice. Fairways were all clean and gave good lies and decent roll out. Bunkers IMO still need some TLC but they are getting better. Great customer service in shop by Christian and Mateo and the great Oscar in the grounds crew who always has a smile and hello. Great weather day for golf after a cold morning. POP was right on 4 H and it seemed much faster.

Got out Friday 10/25 as a twosome joining a twosome on a 11:50 tee time my buddy booked earlier in the week. The short story is that all the tees are still moved up forward of the regular tee boxes throughout the course. The customer service here is usually very good, but neither my buddy nor I recall any mention of the adjusted tees when we checked in. It was the regular price so it should have been made clear. 24hourgolf had called out this situation in a previous review, but I had forgotten and didn't think to check GK since the time was already booked. The closed tees look good so I'm only guessing they will be available fairly soon. I accepted it for what it was t get a casual round in, but I recommend calling ahead or waiting until you see an updated review. Otherwise, the course conditions were OK but a little below par relative to what I usually find here. Know before you go.

I played this AM. Greens came back fast from punching (still some healing to do) and they had all the sand cleaned off of them. The fairways are good. Traps are playable, though some need more attention. Very little rough anywhere Unfortunately they will be seeding (not aerating) the tee boxes starting Monday of next week. They will move the markers up as much a 50 yards on each hole to keep the course open. In talking with the Asst greenskeeper he said they will stay that way for 2 possibly 3 weeks. And NO the are not lowering the prices while the work is in progress. I saw no reason to rate the course given the current circumstances. And I will be playing elsewhere for the time being.
