Played this AM. Course is back in shape after aeration. Tee boxes all playable. Fairways could use a mow and it looked like today was the day, after they got done with the greens. Fairways all playable. Some deep rough outside some of the holes, not all, that will cause problems. Traps are playable but need some attention as the sand is not real soft or fluffy. Greens have come back nice and have good speed to them. A few have some fungus problem that is being addressed (as mentioned in a previous post). For those of you who have Sr cards here, the price has gone up from $28 to $35. Sr rate to walk is now $17 vs $16 and carts are $11 for 9 and $17 for 18. Customer service was excellent from all employees we encountered.

Out Friday 5/19, 12:30 as a twosome joining a twosome. Overall conditions there are typically solid and the greens in good shape with brisk medium pace. Faster to list the few exceptions. Portions for the sixth and seventh greens have strips gouged in them at one end while the balance of those greens is in good shape. I was in three bunkers, two were firm and damp while the third was firm and a bit less damp — not fun to hit from. That's it. The rest is in pretty good shape and worth the cost of admission. The course was busy but mostly open directly in front of us and we got around in a touch over 4.25 hrs.

Played this morning. Course is in good shape. Tee boxes are playable. Traps have been worked on but need more work IMO as some play well others not so as a consensus from all of our group. Fairways have filled in nicely and gave good lies and decent roll out. Rough is playable and you won't lose any balls. Greens have come back great from aeration except for # 14 which has some repair areas needing to heal. Good customer service this morning as usual. Their New Launch Zone Driving Range is now open. From the looks of it it looks like a great addition to the driving range. Recommended.

Out walking Friday 4/21 @ 2:50 as a single joining a two-some. Nice day, but one of the atypically warmer ones we've had lately and this was the peak time for heat. The flat front nine helped and the temps were declining for the hilly back nine, finishing just after the sun set. Consistent with recent reports the conditions here are generally solid and probably above average after the wet winter as far as coverage. Tee boxes are in good shape and level. The fairways are grown in and cut with good coverage. There are the odd dirt and bare patch in the rough under tree lines but mostly it is green and usually a non-factor although I did find myself in spots where it was appropriately thicker and more impactful. I was in one bunker, the ball sat up and looked like it would be firmer than it actually was. The surrounds were mostly good for short game although occasionally lumpy, especially on hillsides. The greens, running on the quick side of medium, were clean fun to putt on. The exception was the 6th green that had some noticeable strips on the periphery that looked like scars from grafting. All well and good but the special mention is the newly reopened and revamped triple decker driving range. They did some refurbish on the top two levels, adding permanent phone/tablet brackets to each stall for recording your swing with your personal device. Nice touch. The bottom level is a more dramatic upgrade with top tracer technology video screens. They've arranged a set of attractive, blue, patio couches around the mouth of each bay for a private space feel and some additional couches set further away to extend the feel to the general bottom level area to give it a lounge-like sensibility — their version of a TopGolf-like experience, albeit on a more modest scale. It was a a grand opening feel as I came off the 18th green and down to the range to find a line of chafing dishes and servers as they were offering free tacos. They tucked a bar down at one end the range where I purchased a beer to go with my tacos while I grabbed a couch, hung out and took in the scene. The barman indicated this was going to be continuing on weekend evenings. I don't know if the food will be free but the intention seems to be making it more of a social scene for the community. I didn't even use the range that day but it was pretty cool to just hang for a bit before heading home. I've always found the customer service and pro shop interactions here to be well above average (shout out to Julius) and the management's mindset seems oriented on keeping things well maintained, upgrading when they can. Where some courses have neither the funds or the will to maximize their courses potential, it is nice to see the forward tilt here. It needs to be acknowledged, encouraged and appreciated. As it is, this is now a perfect little golfy spot to hang out on a summer evening.

Played this AM. Course has improved immensly since I last played on 4/2. Course has dried out and even # 18 is now playable. Never found a bad tee box. Fairways lush, mowed and very playable. Traps have been raked and are playable. Very little rough outside fairways and it is playable. Greens have filled in since aeration on 3/27-28 though a couple still have issues around the edges but they all chipped/putted just fine. Excellent customer service from Alex in the pro shop and friendly ground crews as well. They have installed a Launch Zone driving range by TopGolf and are premiering it later in the month. More info on their website. Looks really nice and no doubt will make the place even busier.

Played this morning. Greens punched first of last week. Healing very nicely. Even putted decently. Tee boxes were all fine. Bunkers had been cleaned and were playable. Fairways are lush and give good lies and fair rollout. 18 fairway is in bad shape around the 150 marker with a large area GUR. Looking at it I would say it will be long time in getting it ready for play. Really a shame being the last hole. Excellent customer service at all levels. Other the 18th hole the course is playable.

Played this AM. Course is drying out and maintenance was out mowing. But there are several holes that have muddy areas and standing water because of low lying areas near or below holes. Tee boxes had been cleaned and are fine. Fairways are fine and green but not totally dried out. Traps were all being worked on and looked playable. Great customer service at check in. Aeration of greens tomorrow and Tuesday.

Played yesterday morning. As they were able to cut the fairways last week, most of them had dried out very nicely. Still a big problem on #18 right at the 150 marker, as runoff has it muddy/wet and all roped off. The tee boxes were all playable. Bunkers had been cleaned and raked. Rough has not been cut and is high and a brute. Greens all putted well, held shots well all round. Exclent customer service in shop from Alex. As it is expected to rain tonight and during the day tomorrow, no doubt conditions will not be optimal over the next few days.
