Greens and tee boxes in good shape. Greens holding shots and in very good shape with the amount of play this place has. Course next to a very busy freeway, they need to put up some kind of sound wall to reduce the amount of noise.

Lots of improvements here since I last played. Tee boxes look brand new and very nice. Greens are smooth as well and must better than my last visit a few months ago.
Fairways & rough both are good too. It is a good time to play here.
Price is nice as well, as it was $26 bucks to walk on a weekday.
The problem still is the pace, the front 9 took 3 hours, and back 9 was 2 hours, but I'll still come back.

Played on 12-30 friday afternoon. Teed off 30 mins past our tee time due to the golf course being overcrowded. Need to remind myself not to play golf during the xmas holidays due to all the courses being overcrowded. Played the front nine in about 3 hours. The greens are in good shape and have some decent speed on them but I think they might be too fast for the beginners and the hackers that play the course. The twosome i played with(beginners), were 4-5 putting each green. The practice green near the first tee is usually to fast to practice on. You putt up to the hole, then it rolls back to you. Fairways are dormant, and bunkers were in good shape but tee boxes were typical muni course condition. All chewed up and unlevel.

Played for the first time on 12/18. The course seemed not too crowded, but the pace of play was extremely slow. It took over three hours on the front 9, and just under three hours on the back 9. The group in front of us was a fivesome (and slow), which didn't help, but it's American Golf, so you can't do anything about that. The Marshall was all around the course to speed up the play, but slow players were not playing any faster.

Course condition was fair. The tee box was soft and chewed up from the rain the day before. I teed off from behind on few of the holes, because it was too wet and soft. The fairway was in ok shape, except for hole 12. It was wet and seems having some issue (yellow burned grass). Rough was in most part ok, with some holes having bare spots. The best part was the greens. They were fast (probably close to 10). You had to be below the hole or you were going to be in trouble.

Good customer service. Golf shop guy was nice, saw the cart girl a couple of times, and the Marshalls were doing the best to get the pace of play going. But if the people don't cooperate, you really can't do anything about it. The Marshall had to force the group in front of us to put the pin back and wave us on #13!

Good course, but it will be better with the pace of play being better.

Fun course here and for a great price of 25 during the week. Easily walkable and a good mix of holes. Conditions are inconsistent as fairways are nice overall but have patches of dirt here & there. Green did not show any aeration markings, but still bumpy from unrepaired ball marks. Rough is a bit too soft for my tastes. A slow course typically, but a fun time and challenge

Played this course on 9/20/11 . I teed off on time @ 3pm and we finished @ 6pm. We went out as a twosome letting a single ahead of us @ 1st hole. At the 3rd hole he played thru the twosome we ended up following. The course was in pretty good shape for this time of year. Fairways were green and cut nice. I was in sand twice and it was firm. Most of the tee boxes were cut nice and were level. The greens were all punched and aerated on one side. Outside of that the greens were good and received shots well. The snack bar as well as restaurant were closed. They did have water on ice as well as a coke vending machine in pro shop. No beverage cart on course. Booked thru Golf Now for $22. Would've like to have known greens were aerated prior to booking. All said and done it was a good experience.

This is a nice course when it's not overcrowded. You hear many 5 1/2 hour rounds, as they let out 5 somes. Today I played in 3 3/4 hours. I walked on at 11:15 and didn't hit another group until hole 9. It was a 3 some and there was a slow 3 some in front of them. Still managed a decent time. Course is in good shape. Fairways are great for this course and the greens hold shots very well. Layout is good in that it makes you think about your tee shots and the driver stays in the bag for a few holes. A great uphill par 3 over water about 180 yards to end the front 9. Easy course to walk. You have the freeway on your side on 3 holes, but doesn't bother you. Nice to see others stuck in traffic while you are enjoying a round. Good practice facility here for putting and chipping as well. I will come back, but most likely if I find time on a weekday. I hear weekends are dragged out and slow.
