What a joke!! played here Sat 1/12 at suppose to be 10 am tee time. we teed off at almost 11. Cancelled another tee time on another course to play here and it was a mistake! We almost didn't finish. waiting on every shot on every hole. Second time playing here in almost 5 years now i know why. In fairness the course was in good shape, greens are good, fairways ok, tee boxes are ok. Bunkers has sand in them. But because it's very slow we will never come back

Course was in decent shape. Fairways are still dormant but beginning to green up, some areas were thin - did get some good rolls. Greens were in good shape, a few ball marks. Some were soft and receptive, others were firm and did not hold shots. The flag positions were something else, looks like a sadist got loose. Several of the holes the ball would get to the pin, not go in and roll back to where you were or past the hole and off the green. The 4 of us had problems, many 3 putts, unfair placements.

Played early Saturday in 4 hours. Course was in pretty good shape. The greens were quicker than in recent years. They made it challenging. Winter conditions in that many of the lies in the fairway were tight. There were some spots that looked like they were getting too much water. Tee boxes were a bit chewed up. Sand was okay. Overall a good golf experience, except for the drunk guy they paired us up with.

Played on 12/04/10, 11:11 tee time with Moneysworth. It was our first time at this course and the first thing we notice is the signs saying that coolers will be confiscated by course personnel until your round is over. What, okay. No cart service on course. Also, the practice putting green is domed, on a hill, and everything is breaking down canyon. Hit a putt downhill and it runs at least 10 feet past. Hit uphill and you have to ram it to get past the hole even a little. Miss the hole and it turns and rolls 10 feet downhill. Okay, so that is the lesson we take out onto the course. Putts roll down canyon; we saw putts turn and break what looked like uphill because it was down canyon. Unbelievable. Nearly every fairway was tilted down canyon, so it was hard to keep a ball on your own fairway. The many trees made it very challenging if you could not keep your shots in the middle. Some areas of the course were overly wet, including several tee boxes. Greens were a little bumpy, as they looked like they were still recovering from aerification more than a month ago. Pace of play was really slow, finishing at about five and a quarter hours. Not a bad course, and I would come here if I lived closer, but I doubt I will make the drive to play here any time soon.

Played Sunday morning 11/7. Starter was very accomidating helping us work around my buddy who was running behind. The course is in good shape. Fairways and rough have some bare spots, but not bad, sand was nice and as always the greens were fast and tricky, even though they are still a little bumpy from the punching a few weeks back. In a couple weeks course should be really nice.

Played a twilight round Tuesday, walked. 3 hrs 40 Min as a threesome. I thought the course was in better shape than expected, after reading the last review. The course is green everywhere with only a few very small patches of dry grass. The tee areas are in need of repair. I found the fairways to be very good. The rough was good, the traps were adequate. The course has had a lot of water, grass was mushy in a few areas. The greens were soft, slow, and bumpy. Almost every approach shot to the green made a large hole and spun back, more than I ever remember here. I have played this course quite a bit over the years, those greens had me fooled. The breaks are very tricky. Head scratchers really. I did not enjoy the speed of the greens, especially after playing Monarch dunes and lost canyons recently. I can see that they have been working on this course. If they can get the greens more firm , it would be a better experience. Fair price for what you get. I will play here again.

Played the course this past weekend. The course was just horrible. Greens were bumpy. Fairways were either flooded, dry, burned spots, or mud spots.
Cart path are just terrible. In many places there is nothing left of a path, just broken pieces of asphalt. On one hole the path ends at the bottom of rise to the tee. Can't imagine if that area was wet. You slide down right into a crevice.
Could be a nice, fun, challenging course with a lot of work and right management. I won't be back.

Only real problem is that the fairways have some thin areas, really bad on a couple of holes.
The starter was friendly and accommodating, helped me work around my late buddies.
