I think just waiting little bit more to grow and determined moment cutting & mowing well they could have the conditions used to be.And seems to they trying to get better the course working few people on greens giving waters & they had a new tee boxes at 10th hole.Just keep going! Hot weather in the morning but afternoon could feel breeze getting more confortable.

Played 7/29/06 sat.noon .It's so sad to feel how goes deteriorating this course (one of my favorite) each time I come to play here. Right now it's the worst conditions I ever saw in 5 years.Especially greens have lots of barespots,scars of holes & grass problem.They need really urgently 911 to recover glorious greens were used to be.Fairways little bit overwatered due to hot weather lately but best part of the course.We played at blue tee boxes encountering with many divot damages.
Really need to put some sweat cause this is not Westridge golf club I always admired.Today after the round I FELT NOT WORTH THE GREEN FEE .

Played Westridge on 7/27/06 for first time. The course has a good layout consisting of short and long par 4's and 3's. The course makes you think out there. Some areas are very narrow, so you have to choose your club wisely. The tee boxes and fairways were immaculate. The quality of sand was not consistent throughout course. At times, the sand felt hard and in others nice and soft.

Complaint: A few of the greens were in awful shape with bare spots and very bumpy. Management needs to take care of the greens. Addressing this problem would make this course a real gem.

Played Sun. 07/23/2006. Teed off at 11:30. Haven't played this place for about 8 months. How things have changed. This use to be a very nice conditioned course. It was getting bad last time but now it has gone to hell!!! I heard this place changed ownership 2 years ago and coincidentaly since then the conditions have only gotten worse. The type of people who play here really do not give a @#$% about how they leave it after they are done! Worse they Owners/Management don't seem to care either. Greens are full of bare and yellow dead spots. These conditions make up about 30% of EVERY GREEN. Old hole locations died and ball marks all over the place...unrepaired of course(Clientele). ALL the greens looked like this! They even have a temporary green for the 13 hole. It was a pin cut into the fairway. You could barely tell it was a "temporary green". Couldn't even putt on it. Since this place has been getting progressively worse from my experience and the other posts I see here. This tells me the people who should be taking care of this place don't giva a d%mn . I think they just want to collect the green fees and hope we don't notice the course deteriorating. I can't believe they charge what they do for this place. Take your $$$ somewhere else until the management decides to take care of the place. This is the only way they will do things to improve the conditions. It's too bad b/c this place was but now has the potential to be a very nice track. It's to bad the people who own the place do not know how to run a golf course. I will not be back until things change...which looks like it might be a long time.

I read the feedback about the greens so didn't expect much and that's what I got. The greens are bad! They are working on them, but if you like slow and bumpy, these are the greens for you. Otherwise the course is in nice shape. The entire staff was very helpful and with the temp in the 90's, came around to offer cold water quite often. (Maybe because we all are walkers?) I hope they don't let this course deteriorate because it's not a bad track.

Played in a tournament here and was extremely disappointed at the condition of the greens here. The first time I played here the greens were in great shap, rolling true and challenging. This last time it didn't matter how I read the greens, they just weren't rolling. For the green fees they charge at this course the whole course should be in top quality shape. Either fix this or lower the fees. Also, what's the point of getting rid of the GPS to try and save money if you're not going to bring down the price or maintain the condition, or not over pack this course. I would rather drive to Inland Empire an pay the same rate for better quality courses.
