Played 12/4/09 Golf course is kind of blah no real challenge except for long par 3's, one was 233 yards. As advertised the course conditions where great, green fee of $79 is OK for time of year in the desert but there are much better courses around that charge about the same.

I played Thursday at about 8:15 on a perfect day. It will be cart path only for a few more days. The fairways were a little shaggy and the greens were a little slow, but it is clear the course will be nearly perfect when maintenance is finished. I liked the layout a lot. Plenty of room off the tee. Many lakes and bunkers, but beautiful to look at and lots of fun to play. This is the first course I've played with "combo" tees. What a great idea! (the blue tees are with the back tees on the easier holes, and with the white tees on the harder holes). $79 weekdays prime time including breakfast or lunch is a great deal in palm springs "in-season", also.

This is a very pleasant interesting course. Conditions are immaculate on the fairways, teeboxes and around the greens. Greens roll smooth, fast and true but refuse to hold even the most crisply struck wedge shots. It's disconcerting to stick a wedge by or below the pin and see it bound 25 feet past. Good food and friendly service.

Very player friendly course for players of all skill levels. Very good bermuda greens that were reasonably fast for summer play in the desert. Entire course in good condition and good service. Pace of play is always good. The New Turbo'sTavern & Grille is a really nice addition. Conditions are even better in the high season when the course is overseeded. Good value, but would recommend even if the rates were higher.

Very enjoyable golf course especially three weeks before over seeding and getting ready for the prime winter season. Course has 6 holes that could play any where, great challenging par 3's. Last three holes are championship holes. Many par 4's are 390 - 410 yards that have generous fairway width, has three sets of men's tees therefore all players can have a great time together. They charge less than a $100 during prime time week ends - so very affordable. Golf course allows you to score yet challenges you in places. Neil Finch is the owner and a very personable guy, in fact he will tell you stories for hours if you have the time. Great golf value.

I just got back from a golf weekend with some buddies. In fact four courses in 3 days. I am going to blame the mediocre review on hype. I honestly think this course was put on a pedestal. I am a single digit player, and one of the things I cannot tolerate is the yardage being wrong. This was the case here, the g.p.s. was off anywhere up to ten yards, and on smallish greens that is to much. There were yardage markers on the course but too few and far between. Secondly as were teeing off at 7 in the morning they start plowing the fairways, spreading the fairway with tootsie rolls. Atleast let someone know before they tee off. I asked the starter if this was going to be the normal on the course today, he commented "I don't Know". I am telling you I have played alot of golf the past 25 years, especially in the desert and for the price there are better choices. I certainly wouldn't go out of my way to play Indian springs for $45
When I can play Mesquite for $10 to $20 or desert falls for $20 to $30. For me these are better choices.

My foursome uses multiple discount golf websites and one site offers free play after so many bookings as a reward for using their services. We decided to play somewhere in the Coachella Valley and wanted to play at a course that was unfamiliar to us. We picked Indian Springs. We really didn't know what to expect, but after arriving and playing through to about the 5th hole the course just seemed to get better. Holes 1 & 2 were unimpressive, but the course started to grow on us and the fairways are generous and designed for players of all skills. We hadn't paid anything to play the course so we had nothing to lose, but since I have played the course I will be back and would be happy to pay a fee to play. Course condition and pace of play was great. Greens rolled true which is a real necessity for a good course - worth the fee and like their add states it probably is the best course for $100 during the high season.

Wow,Wow,Wow!! What a great golf course. Played 3-07 and must say the fairways and greens are super lush. Good prices for what you get. Kudos to all the staff, they treat you like a real human being.

So good looking they didn't look real. The rest of the course is in near perfect condition as well. Houses do line the course, but not really a factor & you hardly know they're there. Really enjoyed the place.
