Played yesterday course is in great shape from tee to green. Payed $39 and also got a great lunch. General Manager came by our table after the round and talked with us for several minutes about conditions and service which is first rate. Great place to play golf.

Made a 9:30 tee time through our hotel (Homewood Suites in Indio) and were on the tee box at 9:20. With the winter weather the greens, fairways, and tee boxes are perfectly green and the rough is a fluffy yet light brown surface, it made for a very cool round. There was a lot of water and the bunkers were muddy but other than that most of the course was wide open. Take advantage of the restrooms as houses surround the course and there are no bushes to relive yourself. The staff here was great and I would certainly play this course again in the future. I recommend the blue tees, they are actually made up of about 9 holes of white tees and 9 holes of gold tees. Our round was over in about 3:45!

Resort style golf on lush layout, fast greens, and good vistas. With all the alerts around for this time of year, it is lucky to find a course not closed, over-seeding, or browned out. One of the few is this one and for the $59 with lunch and a 12 noon tee time, away we went. Nice facility, easy pace, modest challenges, good drinks cart attendance, plenty of water stations, on a lush presentation made for a good day of golf. Greens fast, sand ok, nice clubhouse and pro-shop, kind of a funky arrangement with the practice range/chipping area, pleasant staff all around. Worth it for a deal.

Indian Springs is in excellent condition for this time of year (late September). You can score here because the course isn't long and the fairways are generally wide with little danger off the tee. And the rough is almost non-existent so there is no penalty for a shot that misses the fairway. However, greens are smaller than some desert courses and some are well guarded by water.

Layout is a little quirky and you have to cross busy intersections a couple of times but I did enjoy this course. Although the golf course is lined with homes there are some great views on many of the holes.

Indian Springs is a fun course that mid/high handicaps will enjoy...

Played this course for the 3rd time 4/28/11....I give this course high marks, no its not the most challenging course you'll ever play but its fair and very scorable, the greens I'd give very high marks along with the pace of play...our group takes a desert trip every year for the last 6 yrs and we usually make it out for this track, after playing courses where the only flat lies are on the cart paths its refreshing to get rewarded for a good drive....highly recomend Indian Springs, lastly awesome prices in pro shop on shoes, golf balls etc...and the food in the grill was top notch as was the service, to sum it up I'll be back!

I played here about 15 years ago. It was not a very good course back then. Now it has a new layout with only a few holes remaining roughly the same as back then. This is simply one of the best conditioned courses in the Coachella Valley. It is very forgiving off the tee on most holes but the challenge comes to you on many approaches and the par 3's on the front nine. I only saw a threesome on the course. After golf I went to Lampost Pizza in La Quinta and ,wow ,was that pizza good! I even had some for breakfast the next day.

my third round for the weekend. Indian springs is a decent course with good conditions, but the course layout is a hit or miss to me. It does have it some nice holes on the course, but some holes look like they just added it to get 18 holes. Maybe its just me though.
