Played today at 11:30. Took 5 hours to play. Course was in average shape, the greens were very fast but had tons of ball marks and made the greens look like they were in bad shape. The fairways were very good but the rough was wierd. It was all different grasses some dark green some light green and some brown. It didnt look to pretty but it still played well. The customer service was average as well.

$69 on the weekend (Sat) with cart only. Nice deal.

Course in good shape. Greens were very quick yet responsive. Loads of wet areas on course though. Characterize it almost like standing water. Tee boxes were for the most part flat. Some dips but dealable. Rough was spoungy and thick. Fairways were well maintained, but as I said.. had more than a few wet spots. GPS was a nice feature but there was one hole on the front 9 where the information seemed inaccurate. I think it was hole 4 over a canyon. The GPS read 140 to the pin from the fairway. My partner and I were pretty much in the same area. My GPS said more like 120 to the center. Buddy hit his second shot and flew the green thinking it was more like 140 yards. I hit it to 120. May have to check that. Only complaint. Cart gal was more than accessible. Saw her not once, not twice or three times but four on trip through the hillside. Nice work staff. It's pretty much no frills from at Eagle Glen. No one cleans your clubs after a round. No bag drop off. But hey the golfing was great. Just wish I played a little bit better. Course really makes you think. You need to have your driver working on this course or you will pay the price from the blacks. Didn't see a group in front of us on the back or behind the whole round. Good spacing of groups. Only complaint there was we teed off a good 45 minutes later than our original tee time. Sunrise was closer to 7 and our tee time was closer to 8. According to the starter they had tee times starting at around 6:30 and they were unable to get groups out until there was better sun. Not bad considering they knew how to space their groups for the day. After front 9 the course really opened up and speed of play wasn't that much of an issue.

The customer service on the day of golf was good. When booking the reservation the guy on the phone was a jerk( i think his name was marcus). I felt redemption with the guy in the pro shop he was very nice, unsure of his name. I am not sure what rack rate is (posted as 49 on line)but when i paid i used a bride savings card supposed to be 40% off and they still charged 45 dollars. Didn'T feel like arguing. Overall good day.

Played the course on Friday, 10/17. The greens and fairways were in excellent condition, I really had to look hard to find any ball marks on the greens.

The pace of play was a bit slow, but what do you expect when you use the red-dot book and pay only $24.50. The catch is that you can only tee-off after 10am if you use the red-dot on Fridays. The course has such a nice lay-out that it helps you tolerate the slow play...

As mentioned earlier carts are now allowed back on the fairway. However, the fairways are still mushy in many spots so do not expect a lot of ball roll. You will see mud tire tracks and mush your way ... Continue »

As mentioned earlier carts are now allowed back on the fairway. However, the fairways are still mushy in many spots so do not expect a lot of ball roll. You will see mud tire tracks and mush your way through some of the fairways. Personally, I would still have them off the path because the rest of the course is shaping up nicely. One of the first to come back from maintenance. The greens are really nice right now. I barely saw a ball mark.

I too played Eagle Glen today. Teed off at 9am. Two groups behind a 5some that had holes open ahead of them. Played in 5 hours. That's why everyone behind us played in 5 1/4 hours. Course was wet and bunkers were inconsistent. Thought the greens were in good shape. Fairway grass is still pretty long. I love this track but if I keep running into 5somes I'll go elsewhere.

Tee time was 10:45 and round took 5 hours 15 min.

Still one of my favorites in the area.

great track, greens sticking like glue, fairways very nice, lay out awesome. custy service a little off, and grabbing a bite to eat a little challenging, i will bback i lovethis course
