One of my favorite courses in SoCal, considering rate, condition, layout, scenery. You can't beat what you get for the price. Course is always in pretty good condition, greens roll fast and true, the views are scenic and serene, and the price is right.

While the greens were good, they were much slower than I can ever remember them being. (Maybe because it was early and they were very wet still?) I was disappointed to see they closed the tee on #16. Now using the lower left tee, which I do not prefer. The more I play this course, the more I love the "setting" . Plus I really like the par 3's here!

Great course to play! I don't know why the previous poster said they'd never play again, as I would play again any time. Course is in great condition and good challenging elevation changes for some par 3's. A good mix of all kinds of holes. Put it on your play list. Saw a snake and a baby decapitated lobster today there, pretty cool!

Played course on 3-30-09. This course used to be managed by Troon Golf. It is very apparent that new management has taken over. No bag drop service, no free range balls, the service level at ALL ends of the property has really dropped off, as compared to how it was 2 or 3 years ago. The golf course was just O.K. It took 5+ hours to finish. Eagle Glen used to be a "special place" now it is just like any other municipal golf course in the area. I WILL NOT BE BACK TO PLAY EAGLE GLEN any time soon.

Great course, tough greens, really fast and firm. Swirling winds in the canyons. Lots of elevation changes and blind shots. Nice quick pace. Very nice club house. I will be back.

played today. played good pace but was weekday. met some of management. not impressed. no p.a. on course anywhere. traps awful. also no starter come on.

Played this morning 8am and fees were 49.00. Excellent course, greens very fast. Only able to play 9 holes until had to go.

OK, now the greens, in defense, fast greens are a sign of a great Supt., but they are too fast for the common golfer and I believe it is leading to the longer than expected rounds. There is a "fine line" to feeling the conditions of the tour, or slowing then down to make them playable. As a business person, slowing them down is the answer. Overall, a table pounding recommendation to play the course, and the Grill room should be visited. The beer glasses are not small

I really enjoy the course its in great shape.But!! 6 hour rounds of golf are not fun!!! come on guys there are too many other very good courses within a 15 min drive. including the hidden gem right next door, Champions club@the Retreat.(for adventurous golfers only who dont have a bad heart)
