Went out Saturday 4/23 and Greens have Completely healed from recent punching, Course is in excellent shape, saw the Beer Girl 3 or 4 times, pace was good for a Saturday morning a little bit less than 4 and 1/2 hours...Everyone there is on there game...worth the drive.

Played Friday 1/21/11. Got out a little before 10am and finished at 1:30. Very gratuitous people let me play through. Very pleasing visually. Greens were fast and consistent, rolled very nice. The bunkers had the first fluffy sand I've found lately. Thats the good now the bad. The tee boxes were not level and many had no grass at all. There was a lot of crabgrass. This could be a beautiful course but the conditions left a bad taste. It was worth the price $34.50 w/ cart but I doubt I will be back.

Played Friday morning midday and course was busy. Pace of play slow for the first 9 but the back 9 pace was perfect. Fun par 70 with a very interesting layout...lots of variety with elevation changes, doglegs, water hazards, a few short par 4's and a monster 451 yd par for (hole #9). I really liked the layout at Indian Hills; I used every club in my bag and course management is key here.

Fairways, rough, and tee boxes very thin in some areas but greens were pretty good. The conditioning isn't what I'm used to seeing the Coachella Valley but the good layout and reasonable price make it worth playing again.

The staff at this course is always terrific! The course is a fun little track, but the condition is not a good as the last time I played here a few months ago. (Lots of bare areas) Greens have well recovered from recent punching. Had heavy fog for all 18 holes, so never really saw much, but still enjoyed it. First off, so pace of play just over two hours.

After getting emails from the course for free green fee and pay only cart for $20 we decided to give it a try. Played for first time on Wed. 8/11 at 2pm. Starter let us out as soon as we arrive so that's great. When we were standing on the first tee the fairway look more brown than green good thing it's brown grass not dirt so i guess it's a bit better. The tee boxes were good, Some bunkers are hard pan, roughs are not bad. Some greens have brown bad spots. But the layout is pretty good. Pace of play was pretty good until we caught up with the 4 some in front of us on the back 9 that made it a 5 hour round. Im not really excited to come back here anytime soon but my bro seems to like it.

Our twosome had golfnow special for $21 per. However, they just announced pay no green fee but pay cart fee only of $20 per player after 1PM weekdays and after 4pm weekends. It's a great deal that you should take advantage of. Course on the short side but played long for us as the kikuyu fairway did not give us much roll. Fairways looked worse than they are as they were very playable, however, different story for teebox. Greens looked really well kept but didn't seem to give us a true roll. They probably need to cut and roll it more often but don't do it for easier maintenance. It's an older style course with some elevation change and a few scenic holes. Overall a good value course that's also fun to play.

Played 7/31 at noon, $30 GolfNow rate. I am never disappointed with this course, it's one of the best values around. Tee boxes were pretty good, a few bare spots and a few spongy kikuyu areas but nothing too bad. Fairways had only a few bare spots, mostly lush. Rough was lush and somewhat penal. Greens were soft, held shots well, but on the slow side. Much more consistent rolling than in the past. Bunkers were softer than they appeared. PEOPLE, PLEASE RAKE THE BUNKERS WHEN YOU ARE DONE!!! Beverage cart came around many times, and drinks in the clubhouse are cheap and strong. Can't go wrong with this place, will return again soon.
