Course is a long way from past conditioning, Tee boxes very chewed up, green are bumpy, you would think they could cut new holes on a Sat morning prime time, fairways are good with a few holes showing... Continue »

Wow!!! The Palms is back, great shape, fun, not too hard but gotta play it correctly, everything is back to normal, not perfect but a fun day of golf. Congrats to the staff . we will be back.

After playing Lakes & lunch we replyed at Palms. Personally I liked more Lakes than Palms.#1.2 &3 greens really need to be cutted. Pace of play is one of the best advantage of this course.

palms course and lakes course are similar. Only thing difference is the length. Lakes is a couple of hundred yards longer. Very easy off the tee. water is in play on many holes
