2/6 Played in the aft. and was disappointed in the pace. After 4 hrs we were only 12 holes into it. Found out why when we drove in and found a walking group we 3 holes open in front of them. If you allow walking on a course like this, monitor their pace. Left a bad taste in our mouth.
Other than that, a beautiful golf course. Spectacular views,fast greens, one of the most interesting short 3's I've ever seen. Well worth the twilight fee of $35 if they can address the pace issue.

The Legends is in unbelievable condition right now. The greens are fast but true and you dont have to spend 15 minutes fixing ball marks. The fairways are so perfect you almost dont want to take a divot. For $46 (after 12:00), this is a jewel.

Played on a beautiful brisk morning. Top condition right now. There was a short frost delay but got out by 820am. I'd definitely recommend the yardage guide even if you've played here before. The bunkers were a bit wet but playable. The greens are tough to read so try and be inside your partners to get a line and the speed. Can't wait to play here again. Also look in the OC/LA golf magazine for a discount.

What a great place to play. We were 20 minutes late for our tee time due to traffic, yet the starter was extremely accomodating and got us out within 20 minutes of our arrival. This course, all the way from the customer service to the lush fairways, to the fast, but true greens, to the cart attendant was first rate. And, to top off a great, well manicured course, we shared the 8th tee with a coyote; a sand trap on 11 with a huge tarantula; and a redtailed hawk swooped over our heads as we teed off on 14. Enough said.

Played early morning on 11/2. Third time playing here. Love the course more each time I play it. All aspects of the course maintenance were close to perfect. Smooth greens that held approach shots. Some of the fairways are still a little thin, but most have grown in quite well. Tee boxes were perfect. Wish there were a few less elevated greens. It's extremely important to hit to certain sections of the greens based on where the pin is. Otherwise, you can get some really brutal putts. They currently indicate pin locations using a 1-3 location scheme. They really need to go to a 1 thru 6 or 1 thru 9 location scheme. That way you would have a better chance at leaving your approach shot on the low side of the pin. Especially on the elevated greens. Overall, a great course and a great value.
