This course might look tight off the tee but it isnt that bad. The key to have a good score here is being on the right level on the greens because every green has some type of ridge running thru them, plus being large greens three putts are going to happen. Course is in good shape. The fairways are a little soft and are just a little thin because of there aeration but the greens are rolling nice. Great customer service worth the price.

Best condition I've seen here in a long time. The greens were almost ball-mark free. Greens were soft from airation and did not offer much roll on approach shots. Cart path only slowed the pace to a "Sunday morning like" 5 hours. Overall a great place to spend a monday morning. Many birdie chances here.

Played today and what a experience. We have played here many times before and have always liked the course. Fun place to play. When we called for a tee time we were told it was cart path only due to overseeding. Which was good cause alot of courses won't tell you. But we felt that was ok, cart path only at this course would not be that bad. Well, we tee'ed off at 11:35 (tee time was 11:32) and it went down hill from there. Every hole and shot we waited. Several times if it was not backed up two groups on a tee box, it was 3 groups. 5 Hours and 50 mins. later we walked off the 18th green. We saw the Marshall twice and he told us it was just busy because of the cart path only rule. This is for a Monday! With a tee time at 11:30AM! Moral of the story, Dont Play at Trilogy When It is Cart Path Only! Tee times were every 8 Mins. Maybe they should go every 10 mins or 12 mins when it is cart path only. Other than that it was and still is a fun course to play. Fairways are bouncing back well from overseeding and should be ready in a week or two. Greens were also in decent shape from punching 2 weeks ago.

As spencer said I lost a lot of short or medium putt 'cause around hole cup had many irrregular footprint that change trajectory of rolling ball. And fairway,s seems to be so dry. Nice layout.

Played Sunday and pace was slow, 5.5 hrs. Fairways and rough in good shape but greens were very soft and bumpy with deep footrints around cups which effected almost every putt. Still a fun course with every hole different especially 18 a 400 yd par 4 with a 200 ft elevated tee.

Trilogy is a very well laid out course with great fairways and beautiful greens. Reasonably priced at $80.00 dollars on weekend and $55.00 after 1:00pm the eighteenth green is worth it, the 440 yard par is an elevated tee 200 feet to the landing area with a lake gaurding the green on the left hand side.

Played on Thursday, Aug. 19th at 3:20 pm and was done by 7pm...that's how golf should be. The more I play Trilogy, the more I love it. I live on Sierra Lakes, but the short drive is always rewarded by the beauty of this course. Although right now they are having problems with a few fairways and greens. They had a malfunction with their sprinkler system lately and almost lost a couple of greens. They are currently using a temporary green on #11, probably for another week or so I was told. A couple of the fairways need some help, but nothing to serious.

Played Trilogy for the first time this past weekend - 8/12/2004. Had a foresome with a 2:04 tee time. We arrived at approx. 1:30pm and they told us we could tee off any time. There were not a lot of people on this particular weekend. The course as a whole was well worth the $$. You better be accurate with your tee shots. The majority of the fairways are narrow with houses on either side. The greens were horrible! The majority of them had ball divots and the surfaces were extremely rough. One green on the back side was not even playable. The area is very nice on the foothill of the mountains. # 18 is a great Par 4 with the tee box about 200 feet high hitting to the green. My foresome had never played here before but would definately spend the money again to play!

Played Friday the 13th…how appropriate that the starter welcomed us with, “Play at your own risk”. He didn’t finish the sentence before we saw several lightning strikes in the distance and a thunderous clap of thunder! We played anyway and never got touched by one drop of rain. The course was in excellent shape, with the exception of the greens. Apparently, there had been some sort of electrical problem and the greens were fertilized, but not watered. All in all, it was a fantastic outing. I look forward to playing the course again in a couple of months, once the greens recover.
