For the twilight price I am not sure you can beat this course. The greens were great, fairways mostly good, rough that is not too tough, overall good course.

Best greens I've seen in a very long time. No ball marks or damage anywhere on them. Soft and receptive to all shots and medium fast.

Fairways were in great shape. People must avoid this place due to cows and flies. Today wind was from west, so only noticed them on #3, which made a very enjoyable round. Never saw either the group ahead or behind entire time, played at our own pace without any pressure.

Stay away everybody, let me enjoy the great conditions I found.

Since they are punching the greens on Butterfield, this course was busy, yet finished in just under 4 hours. (With an 11:30 tee time) Not bad. I've seen the greens in better shape, a little too slow and bumpy, but not bad, just not as good as I remember. Fairways and general condition were about normal for this course. I notice that they are lengthing the course on a few holes, which is fine, but really not necessary for this type of course.

a little challenging but maintenance needs lots of work. poor sand traps. several power lines to deal with on certain tees.

Course layout was good but the condition could be a lot better. Don't go into the the bunkers as they are not sand traps but mud traps.

Don't expect too much with this course. Th greens were the best part of this golf course. The sand traps were fill either with water or with mud or dirt. Still recovering from the recent rain.

Played 10/10 with my club for our monthly tournament. Normally would not play this course execpt for that. The smell from the dairy farm is horrible in spots, and the flies are everywhere. Additionally a gun range close by so you have to deal with the sound of constant gunfire, you actually do kind of get used to it. The course was in okay shape with the greens in very good shape. The fairways were thin in area, with some bare spots, and the rough, for the most part was non existent. No sand in the traps at all, just dirt. With the smell, the flies and the power lines everywhere, it's just not a course I could recommend. BUT, beautiful cart girls.

Nice layout although there are some bare spots in the rough that would penalize you when you go in. Sand in the bunkers doesn't look like sand but compacted soil so try not to get into one.
