Played the Chino Creek course for the first time in at least ten years and the greens are still very good, they were a little soft but rolled true and the speed of the greens were medium to fast. The starter and pro shop staff could use a lesson on customer service but it's not enough to keep me from coming back.

Its an ok course. A bit long so presents some challenge but condition could be better. Diamond Bar is 7 dollars cheaper but in much better shape than this course.

This course is a little longer and tougher than the other course. The greens have almost recovered from the aerifying. In 10 days these greens should be very nice. They always are at El Prado. Being that it is not crowded, its cheap, and that it is a fun course more than makes up for the smell, some flies, and some bare spots.

The greens were as always, very nice, but the fairways are terrible. The general appearance of he course has gone down hill, almost as if the management has given up on it? Too bad!

Play here a couple times a year - layout is actually pretty good - if you play well you'll score well and if you don't play well you'll get bit on a number of the tough par 4's - back nine is particularly good. The greens are usually pretty good but the fairways are pretty "lean" with the rough very "rough" (as in dirt or scrub). The real complaint is the proximity to the working dairy farms which is worst on the front nine but still a sometimes "olfactory" problem anywhere on the course. Overall, though, you get good value for your money.
