Difficult to fairly rate the condition because they are just beginning the overseed process and just recently punched the greens. The greens were close to unputtable because of this. I rated as "good"... Continue »

affordable....greens were smooth and running great...a challenge from the blue tees...some long par 3's and short par 4's that will get you if you don't club right. a good challenge and was uncrowded ... Continue »
