Played Saturday morning. Started with rain but it stopped before the back 9. Overall course is in good condition. Tee boxes were okay. Fairways were nice. Roughs were okay, Some bare spots. Traps were hard, but I blame the weather. Greens were nice. Slow due to rain but they were rolling. Nice Par 5 additions. Though the second new par 5's green needed more work. We were able to finish within 4.5 hours, even behind a slow 3some. Overall, happy we braved the rain in the beginning and got to play this course.

Played Sunday early, but felt like the middle of the day! Very hot! Course is in decent shape. Teeboxes were fine. Fairways were in good condition, some bare/hard spots. Sand was on the hard side. Rough was okay and hittable. Greens were good, a little bumpy for me, some putts were like rollercoasters up and down up and down... On hot days they should have a cart girl. Keep us from fainting from the heat and after a Saturday of heavy drinking! Overall, course was good.

Played early Saturday 5/3. Course is in good condition. Teeboxes were okay. Some still unlevel. Fairways are great. traps were a lil hard. Rough was good. Hitting your second shot out of it wasn't that bad, gave you a good chance to correct from your errand tee shots. Greens were okay. Some more sandy than others. but they were rolling pretty true. Good pace, got done in 4.5. Overall great day

Played early Saturday. Course was in good condition. Some teeboxes were unleveled. Fairways were okay after maintenance. Alot of plugs that stopped your ball from rolling. Traps seemed alittle hard. Greens were great though. Wind was pretty strong and for some reason it felt like August, with the heat. I agree with bgpoppa about the price. There should be a difference if you want to walk the course. Nevertheless, was a good round. Hope to come back... but not too soon.

Always fun playing this course. Everything was in great condition. Greens have always been excellent here, but today, to me, they were just okay. Some challenging pinplacements. They did roll true though. Pace was good. Couple of blow up holes ruined my round, but I did enjoy the time with friends and the great weather.

Played Saturday (with bggpoppa). Very surpised on how the fairways have improved. Fairways actually looked decent. Still a long way to go, but least it's not brown! Customer service is always excellent. Mike (starter) always friendly, great way to start the round. Teeboxes were level and nice. Fairways are getting better. Traps were pretty fluffy. Greens are as usual, the best part of this course. They were rolling true. Pinplacements were pretty nice this time around. Challenging but not extremely difficult. It got windy in the back 9 which means the smell was baaad(talk about amen corner!) Overall, course is progressing along. Hopefully in the summer time it will get back in our rotation. Shot one of my best rounds! Hey where's my green jacket?... ha ha ha....

Played 4/5. course overall is in good condition. Teeboxes were okay. Some were uneven and bare though. Fairways were in good condition. Traps were a little hard. Greens were good from the last time we were here. Some pin placements were challenging. They were rolling pretty normal here. Pace was good, only waited on a few holes. Good course for the $.

Played Saturday morning. Course is in great condition. Greens weren't that bad like others when going through maintenance. They still rolled pretty true. Pin placements were better than the last time I played. No wind which was great. Overall, it was another beautiful day at Rustic!

Played Monday morning. Course is in great condition. Tee boxes were leveled. Fairways were alittle hard. Traps were not as fluffy. Greens rolled true. Some pin placements were tough. If you don't have the right speed and it will roll roll roll away. Winds picked up alittle in the back. Pace of play was okay, was behind a 4some that took their time. We had some pro's in back of us, but they weren't pressing us too much. Overall was a beautiful day in moorpark. Though my round was horrible, it was awesome to spend on Monday here.

Played 3/15. Course was okay. First off, the pace of play was pretty slow, it was hard to get any rhythm going. Some tees were uneven. Fairways were in okay shape for this time of year. I found myself in the traps alot! At times they were hard and at times they were fluffy, hard to figure out. Greens were in good condition. Wind was howling throughout the round. As bggpoppa said there were dirt storms! Overall course is alright, probably play other courses in the area first before returning to this one....
