Woodley is still my favorite golf course in LA for walking. The fairways have come back since they started putting some water on them. What a difference! Now they more closely match the greens which are always in good condition. Early mornings this course can play in 3 1/2 hrs although 4 1/2 is the norm.

Very unfriendly to walkers. Severely lacking in yardage markers in the fairway. It would take a gun or a $25 greens fee to get me back.

I've been playing thei course for 20+ years and I keep coming back. It's maturing nicely and allows fair recovery from errant shots. The greens are maybe the best in the city. It's mostly flat and a great course for walking.

Well worth the green fee. One of the best Munis in LA
