Played early morning on Saturday, May 24th with an online deal for $30 bucks with a cart and range balls. Awesome deal. This is a great course with a lot of hole variations and a great finish. The 16th is an island green par 3 and the par 4 18th is one of the toughest finishing holes in the desert. Tee boxes were flat and in great shape. The fairways were lush and pretty wide open. The desert runs adjacent to the holes so your score could easily balloon if you spray right or left. Bunkers had plenty of sand. The greens were firm and fast but could hold shots. This course is definitely worth playing, especially with a discounted green fee.

Played early morning on Friday, May 23rd with an online deal for 23 bucks including cart. It was well worth the rate. Played in 4 hours. The fairways and tee boxes were lush. There is no rough out here but you can easily lose a ball if you spray it in the surrounding desert plants. Greens were in great shape, playing firm and fast. Some of the bunkers are being fixed with new white sand but the older sand filled bunkers were still good. The toughest part of the course was the grass surrounding the greens. There were a lot of tight lies throughout the day. The owners are doing their part to keep the course looking good, even in the summer. It's definitely worth going out here to play and there are plenty of good online deals you can find.

Played early Saturday morning, Jan 18th, with an online deal for 50 bucks. It was my first time there and definitely worth the price. Played in 3 hours and 50 min. The staff was really friendly and helpful. There is no range but there is a hitting net as well as a nice short game and putting area. The course was in immaculate condition. Tee boxes level, fairways lush, bunkers well manicured, greens perfect. The course winds through really old housing in the palm desert area. The 9th and 18th holes are great finishing holes for each nine. I've seen online deals for 67 bucks and I say that is still definitely a good deal for this course. And even though the course comes in at nearly 6,400 yards, the shorter length is made up with smaller well protected greens.

Played on 4/1. First time playing since they fixed up the back 9. 9:40 tee time got done in about 5 hours. Fairways are good for the time of the year. Bunkers on the front need some work but the ones on the back are great. Half of all the greens are in the late stages of recovery from being punched. Greens are always top notch here when fully recovered. Tee boxes on the back 9 were great.

Played on 3/31. Seems harder to find cheaper rates on this course these days but this is the best management the course has had that I could remember. 7:40 tee time. finished in about 4.5 hours. Free breakfast before the round. Starter had everyone start on hole 10 first. Entire course is lush. Fairways in great condition. Bunkers are nice. The greens are significantly slower but in great shape. Definitely worth a visit.

Played 2/7...avoided the rain all round. started at 12:15 and got done in 3 hours. Nobody was on the course. Fairways were green but very thin. The greens were chewed up with sand on them. But they still rolled with some speed. The tee boxes were lush and in great shape. The bunkers were great. There was plenty of sand. The course is definitely not worth the rack rate with the current conditions. Look to find a discount before you play here.

Played on 1/19/11. Course was in nice shape. It is a tough course if you can't hit the ball straight. There are several blind shots and the fairways are quite narrow. The desert runs along both sides of the fairway on nearly every hole so if you don't hit straight you're more than likely looking at a lost ball. Fairways were quite lush and the greens rolled true. With a discount, it's a nice course to try out.

Played at dawn on Black Friday. Course is in really good shape. Fairways are good. A lot of tight lies near the greens. The greens are rolling nice and they are as fast as I've seen here.
