Golf Course Reviews: California, Arizona, Nevada, Texas, Oregon, Washington, Colorado, Utah, Florida, Hawaii!Correction to the course listing: It has NO sand practice area. Because the course is so flat and wide open, it is (on most holes) forgiving of wildness. You can be off the fairway left or right and often play the parallel "auxiliary fairway" for your next shot. Only one water hole, the par 3 11th, and sometimes the tee placement takes the water out of play. Friendly, efficient clubhouse staff with a good variety of teaching professionals available. Recently installed two-camera video system on practice range for swing analysis. Great deal for local residents aged 60+: unlimited play M-Th for $112. per month. Non-resident seniors can buy a monthly 10-play card good M-F for $300(?). Easy access one-half mile off Hwy 101 at Embarcadero Road.
