I played this course on Sunday, 10.24.10. I booked via Cick4teetimes for $17. It doesn't get any better. Anyhow, this is a little par-3 course at the ocean. Great views and the service is excellent. They have a chipping and putting green. #9 finishes at a cliff overlooking the ocean.

Played Monday, July 5 - Booked on Click4TeeTimes for $40. I got a really good rate online and I wanted to try a new course to validate my handicap. The course is in good shape. The greens were a little slow, but they were manicured. The course has a lot of character because of the elevation, slope, and undulation(greens & fairways). My only COMPLAINT about this course is that the yardages on practically every hole and every spot on the course is off! I was playing with a local/member and he helped me out a lot. Without him, my score would have been a lot higher. The cart girl was very nice and she came around frequently. The driving range is mats only and they a very small chipping green. Overall, I had a good time and I will be back to play again.

Played Sat., June 12, 2010...With the course being only 18 holes now, they have done a great job. The service is always great and everyone is helpful. The only thing that wasn't great was the fact that the putting green was rolling faster than the greens on the course. Wind is always an issue as the morning turns into afternoon, but that is what makes this course challenging. They are trying to upgrade parts of the course, but it doesn't affect playing conditions. The cart girl comes around often and she takes credit cards. Overall, this is one of the better courses to play that is close and not in OC.

It was worth the green fee, since I paid $50. A friend received a discount through email. It was my first time there and I had many things before. My only thing I would change about the course is the type of grass. It was manicured and in great shape, but I prefer grass that gives you somewhat of a lofty lie. The greens were firm and that makes you play this course like a links course, when you you have fairways like this course does. We played on a Monday and the pace was perfect. The regular rate is $65 dureing the week, and I still think that is a great deal.

I played on Saturday, Dec. 8, and I finished in 4 hours! I think the threat of rain kept people away. The weather was good and the pace was great. The course is in good shape. Normally, the bunkers are muddy and hard packed, but I noticed they were raked and fluffy, even after a day of rain. The greens are always in great condition. The only thing is that they really need to get it together for the teeboxes. Some are great and some are bad. Overall, it is still the best deal in SoCal.

I have been playing Linda and Lagos for the past couple of months now. The greens were punched a couple of weeks ago, and they have recovered nicely. The pace has been good latley. As for the quality of the course, they are really trying to make it better. The tee boxes are in the process of being upgraded. They are making paths from the tee box that lead to the fairways. The only bad thing is the bunker qulaity. It is horrible. The course workers do a great job on everything else. I don't understand how they don't rake the bunkers tgo make them fluffy. The majority are hard packed, if not muddy. Other than the bunkers, you can't beat the value!

I played on Sunday, Oct. 22, 2006...It was great! The greens were fast, holding approach shots, and were in good shape. The fairways were in great condition! The only problem with this course is that they charge way too much for food.

Scored the best round of my short life yesterday! As it has been said before, the course is in great shape considering the amount of play it gets...I started before 7:00am, and that's why I played in 4 hours. Otherwise, I would've post tomorrow because I would be on the course NOW! They will be aerating greens on the 17th, 18th of this month(Oct.).

I played on Sunday for $70. You can't beat that price for this layout.

played Sunday, 9/5... The course has become a full-fledge golf course. The greens are great and the sand is raked. The fairways are carved and manicured. They are actually fixing some teeboxes, which means they are still improving. The pace of play was good, since it hasn't been crowded in a while.

Played Wed, 9/1...This course is the greatest golf course I have played to date, in my golf life. It's better than Pelican Hill and the private Shady Canyon. Every aspect of this course is in great condition. The environmental areas were not difficult to retrieve balls, as you shouldn't, but it's easy to do. There are multi-million dollar homes that decorate this course, but they aren't a nuisance. There are water coolers everywhere on the course. It's a little pricey but worth the green fee. Driving range included in the greens fee. It's a MUST PLAY in California

PLayed Sun. 8-15... The course is in great shape, as always. However, as time goes on, so do the amount of homes. The road on the back nine is almost done. Play this course before it gets too inundated. My only issues are the sand traps(not fluffy enough) and the price of food/drink. Anyways, still a great value for the service and amenities.
