This course is awesome and ridiculously affordable for the conditions and layout. There isn’t anything like it in the area. A true challenge. I hear grumblings about pace of play and rough height. The pace is a result of popularity and affordability. The rough is meant to penalize the players 1 half stroke by design. With only 13 staff to manicure and prepare this beautiful facility for play is quite a feat. The course looks as though 30 crew members are out there somewhere. When the course first opened someone told me that this course is going have the Hobbs High School golf team winning State Championships. Um scoreboard! He was right. Friendly staff, good food and massive practice facilities. 100 stars. Highly recommend. Don’t miss out.
