I played here on July 17th at 12PM during my honeymoon to Maui (needless to say there was drinking involved). If you've never been to Maui, there is an afternoon wind that brings a cool breeze on the beach and a challenge on the course. The layout of King Kamehameha runs parallel to the wind path, with more holes going into the wind than with it.
Overall conditions were fantastic, tee boxes were flat and green, fairways were lush, rough wasn't deep, and greens were fast and true. My wife and I could have finished in 3-3.5 hours but didn't want to play through a foursome on the 15th.
There were some OB spots that weren't visible off of the tee box so double check on the map before you swing.
