Played in the afternoon (late twilight $30) and played the first 9 in about 1:40, unfortunately the 2nd nine took a little over 2 hours... Fairways, rough, bunkers, are all in really good condition. The greens were punched about a month ago by the look of it. They are hard and it looks like the grass is having some trouble filling back in... They roll well but do not break as much as you'd expect.

Definitely worth the late rate. Don't know about the weekend day rate though...

For $25 and a sub 4 hour round on a weekend afternoon, I can't complain...

Played there on Sunday June 14th. Tee'd it later in the afternoon (3pm) and rounded in just under 4 hours. Greens are in good shape, fairways are still spotty as usual. But for $25 to walk, and almost having the course to myself was worth it.

Played there at 7:30 this morning. Was behind a few groups, took 2:12 to play the front... Called the Pro Shop, they sent out the marshall. I didn't see him say anything. But pace of play did pick up. Greens still have some leftover sand from the airification a few weeks ago. But they still rolled true. Course is in good shape, well worth the $25 online special.

Leave the driver at home if you have any length off the tee. The smartest play on this shorter course is just 3 and 5 woods off the tees.

The course was in great condition. Too bad they have to aerate next week.
