Very disappointed with condition of the Coto South course after playing there a few weeks ago. The aeration did not have a good results and the extra sand on the fairways is masking the problems. Also the natural area on Hole 5 between the tee box and the fairway is overgrown and needs serious maintenance. It is impacting tee shots from the pro tee box. I heard that Coto started work on the natural area about 15 months ago and never finished it as it found extra water that it could not drain properly. Unacceptable.
