Played 10/23/13 was cart path only they are seeding the fairways . ( letting the grass grow) was thick in some areas,others thick and wet, there was a few high areas that are dry. (Areas wont hold water)Bunkers were either hard or mushy from overwatering the faiways.Greens are good they punched last month so there a little slow as the grass is thick . All par threes were playing from the foward tees. Lots of seed on fairways and tee boxes. Over all course is in good condition.
