The fairways are patchy brown and tree lined but not that bad. The greens are receptive but on the slow side and protected by bunkers. The short par 4's don't really make up for the long par 3's. Par 4's range from 275-350 or so. Par 3's are 150-215, mostly in the 175 range. Not a bad place to play since the price is cheap.
Nice course! Fairways are fairly wide open but tree lined. Greens are pretty big with good speed and fairly flat, no major breakers. 4-5 holes favor a draw tee shot for RH golfers, which doesn't suit my driver. My fault... Not Bing's! Avoiding double bogies isn't that hard if you find the fairway off the tee. Overall a great place to play and the price is very reasonable.
