I live within 3 miles of this course and it is very easy to find. The customer service is very good and pace of play is very fast most of the time (especially in the afternoon). It is a little expensive but it's a very fun course to play. Conditions are pretty good but there are some dead spots. The tee boxes are great with a few divot marks. Fairways are mostly green with some dead spots, mostly on the sides closer to the rough. Bunkers are unpredictable because the fairway bunkers (even though there is only 3) are the worst with the least amount of sand while the green side bunkers are better. The greens are not too fast and not too slow. They are just right and kept up well. Even though most holes are short, I do not recommend this course for beginner golfers because of all the hazards.
