Played November, course is not overseeded. Fairways are dormant bermuda, hilly fairways ball can come back as far forward. Too bad, great club always fun but needs taken care of in the winter.

We played as twosome on July 10, never seeing another golfer. Course is in great shape, GPS helps navigation for first time visitors. Summer rates are good value. I liked variety of holes that allowed me to hit every club in the bag. Bring your "A" game.
