played early morning (7am). Course was a bit wet, but very playable. Only 2 of 5 water stops had water containers in them. Brand new carts were nice; however none of them had sand to refill divots and no sand on the par 3's. Even without the seed mix, the divots in the fairways/teeboxes were minimal.
