Been playing this course for over 20 years. Its an awesome, fun, challenging course full of Texas wildlife and beauty. Got some very pretty waterfalls and is a unique course which sits on the Brazos River. Conditions vary, however unfortunately their usually poor in recent years. Looks like it needs water and maybe some more workers to keep things up. Id rate this course a 7 at this time. BA

This course recently became Oeste Ranch, it was Crown Valley before that. Its much nicer now with a nice parking lot and structure. Course improves every day. Its a fun course to play with fairly wide fairways and large greens. Great value here! I rate this course an 8

This course is constantly improving. Greens are very good and quite fast. Its Texas, so course conditions can vary, but usually conditions are very good. Like right now on 8/11/2019 its very nice with plush areas. This course is a bargain!! Id say on 1-10 scale, its an 8.... BA
