Called for a t-time on 8/27/16 for 8/31/16, asked if any maintenance was done on the course yet, was told will start over seeding on 9/1/16, course was in great shape. Got there on 8/31/16 for a 9:30 t-time and the fairways were already punched and scalped, rough was gone, just hay, course was a goat pasture, and they sold off the driving range and putting green to real estate !!! Paid full local price for this crap, crossing this one off my list guys !!!!
