Golf Course Reviews: California, Arizona, Nevada, Texas, Oregon, Washington, Colorado, Utah, Florida, Hawaii!Played the Woodbridge/Black Rock nines in a scramble tournament on 3/27/08. Greens were in good condtion and rolled nicely, once I repaired all the ball marks that the previous players had not repaired.
Fairways and course were in good shape, except for some of the grass was yellow on the lower holes on the Woodbridge side.
The island green on Woodbridge #4 is always fun to play. Reachable par 5's and multi-tiered greens make for a lot of course management and risk/reward. Sunbrook is always on my "places to play" when in St George.

Played course on 3/23/07. Course was in great shape. The front nine is flat and the fairways are wide open and allows you to warm up before the more challenging back nine. Being from Salt Lake it was the first round of the year, so the friendly front nine allowed us to get rid of some of the cobwebs.
The views are simply spectacular. #12 green looks like it is floating in the air with a canyon and magnificent view behind it. Greens run true, but slow on front nine, the back nine greens run a bit faster. I was there on a business trip and the company picked up the tab.
This is a very nice course with spectacular views, but you could spend the same amount of money and get to play both Sunbrook and Green Spring (or Coral Canyon).
